She stabs herself because Zoya turns the light on and everyone sees her with a knife towards Zoya so to save herself she stabs and hurts herself and thats why everyone in the promo is shocked, and then Asad runs to catch her

But seriously, if she sees her stabbing herself, they will only think that she's mad OR:

-She will pretend that she wanted to commit suicide herself, because she found out that she's pregnant and the father doesn't want to recognize the child.
