The way Asad spoke with such intensity and purity of heart about the first time he saw her was simply mesmerizing. This guy has so much of depth. Zoya has to match up a lot with his intensity. I am not saying she is fake or insubstantial but she is immature compared to Asad and if asked she won't be able to word the meeting with such depth. I was happy that Zoya came to know about this meeting in Dargah when Asad first saw her and remembers every little detail about her.
My next respectful moment was in spite of his loving her and desperately trying to hold on to Zoya he wouldn't do the engagement because he doesn't want to make fun of such an auspicious and serious ritual and neither does he want to disrespect any relationship. That was amazing! When he asked Zoya 'do you want to get engaged to me' and in an instant she said 'yes' his face brightened up immediately and he was happy but when Zoya again backed out he put his foot down about not doing the engagement. If Zoya hadn't backed out he would have done the engagement for sure.
Seriously I am loving this character of Asad now. Its his nature that has bowled me away. He is traditional and very straightforward yet very righteous! The love that he has for Zoya is so pure and it shows in 2 small instances, when he lied about the toss and when he lied to Mr. Dhurander about their engagement. But still he wouldn't budge from his ethics and morals and bribr any one or falsely do the engagement. We have already seen how he can lay his life for Zoya and save her in every circumstances but these 2 instances showed he let go of his principles because for his love for Zoya.
And the other instance when Rashid called up to invite him he was again so direct, he loves his brother but not more than his mother and he will never step in to that house which robbed her of her happiness. Before also he told Ayaan to his face he can give his life for him but if asked to choose he will choose his mother over him. I love this direct attitude of his without beating around the bush.
Zoya you will be committing an extremely grave mistake and for that there won't be any forgiveness from Asad. Some things or situations should be left as it is, it shouldn't be meddled with and these 2 family belongs to that category. Other than pain and hurt Zoya you will not achieve anything from either side.
Asad is a dormant volcano and any moment he can erupt and then nothing can save you from that. If you want to repay his gratitude there are several ways you can do it but don't try to push him into going there or make him do amends with that family unless he wants to. You know how much he hates them and its a raw wound in his heart that has never healed. Be very very cautious about what you do.
I know CV's are gearing up for heart wrenching drama but I am little uncomfortable in my seat thinking about it. I know it will pain us a lot seeing Zoya's hurt and pain and Asad exploding on her facewith rage but this girl brought it upon her herself this time and nothing can save her from Asad's wrath, not even Dilshad.
In my weekend post I casually wrote that when Asad will come to know about Zoya's visit to Ayaan's engagement he will deport her himself but here seriously he will try doing it. He is not someone to mess with. I know Zoya does press his buttons and that is why he has fallen for her but she has to learn when and where to do it. Timing is very important here.
This week will be a roller coaster ride for sure.
