I don't think he is going to be cold towards her not when her entire life and belief system has been shattered. If anything we are now going to see him actively find ways to get her to stay. As bheegi said in her thread (Don't cry for me, Zoe) I think Asad is going to find out that he was misled and gets her to stay because at this point that's the only thing that could get Zoe too. Still doesn't explain how they circumvent the visa issue.
@ bold: I know. Poor him. Zoya is too lost in her pain to notice her own feelings towards him at this point in time, leave alone his feelings.
@the rest: Yep I agree. Haven't read Bheegi's post yet but that's an interesting thought.
I think the work permit thing makes the most sense for the visa issue. What I'm curious about is how Asad makes Zoya change her mind about returning to NY.
