answers chahiye...please don't be put off by the length of this post...Your responses shall be greatly appreciated.. after all who else could a fellow fan bank on if not for the forum crowd..
Q1. Does Mr Siddiqui know Razia murdered a woman inside the factory?
Q2. Taking off from Q1 , does he like Rashid think a woman accidentally happened to be in the factory at the time it was set afire?
Q3. So ,who according to Mr Siddiqui was the dead woman in the factory fire fiasco?
Q4. Did Mr Siddiqui willingly have his love , ie Zoya's mom, killed in cold blood? Or did he fear societal backlash? Razia's fury? Islam allows polygamy, so he could have kept both wives happy..ek US mein ek Bhopal mein...better still, divorced Zoya's mum, what was the need for him to silently witness Razia actually kill that woman?
Q5. If he had his love murdered, why does he pine for his daughter? What kind of man has his lover killed but has a soft corner for the child? Why kill the mother of his child then?
Q6. Mr Siddiqui had an affair with Zoya's mum ( Indian or US citizen?) while he stayed at US or was married to her?What was the need for a najayaz rishta , when you can have 2 wives? He could have asked either of his wives to make peace with each other or that he would divorce one of them. Why kill, make a mess, leave trail behind and worse still live a life fearing legal repercussions?
Q7. Did Zoya's mum come to Bhopal on learning Mr Siddiqui was married to Razia and was leading a dual life and hence the need for confrontation?
Q8. What was the need to torch the doll factory? The scheming twosome could always have killed Zoya's mum and disposed her body off even without Rashid's involvement? If they had to trick Rashid into marrying Shireen ( or that Siddiqui family had no male heir to run their business) , there could have been other ways. Killing is a heinous and drastic act after all.
Q9. Did Rashid ever question why he was being asked to set the place on fire? Loaded folks like Siddiquis , they could hire goons to do the job for them. What did Rashid hope to gain out of it all? Asking this because I am trying to ascertain the extent of Rashid's guilt as an audience. Cause then, why Asad ,I would never forgive a man who indulged in criminal activities for his greed.
Q10. Finally, does Zoya hold an Indian passport ie Indian citizenship ( naturally) as well ie in addition to being a US citizen? She was adopted ( in India??) and raised in US long enough to become a US citizen? And, what's up with the visa expiry angle? Anybody clear on laws governing that bit?
Asking this so Zoya doesn't end up faking a marriage with either Asad or Ayaan to extend her stay in the country upon learning the truth about her father and decides to investigate into her mum's murder.
