Alright I think the last time MOTW was Yaariyan and after that I didn't find any declaration of Shaksiyat-e-khaas.
I'm very much disappointed by the lack of attention QH receives when it comes to the DT activities.
Again all of you would say that the job is done perfectly by mods but I'm not 100% satisfied.
I'm sorry to say this Shifali and Gunia and I request you to take my comments professionally rather than personally.
I don't understand one thing that if one has too many forums/responsibilities to manage on IF,why is the work not shared and opportunities given to others?
I have no doubts on the awesome works of our mods but yes I get disappointed at times too.
Why is it so that inspite of having 7 members in the DT list,we don't have MOTW regularly?
I've been waiting since past 2 weeks to see the MOTW activity and now I could not hold myself anymore.
MOTW are the activities that can help in increasing the activity of the forum and inspire the forum members to be more active.
We already face lots of injustice from IF admins regarding the buzz articles about QH and now if our mods also don't give proper attention to the forum,then how will QH become the forum number 1 on IF ever??
Closing the bashing and controversial threads is not the only activity of the mods.They need to be really active on the forum in my point of view coz I believe that if mods are chosen from the active members of the forum,then there are high chances of an increase in forum activity coz mods will be present here all the time.And all those who think that mods can be biased in case they are chosen from the forum members,I would like to say that I still believe that admins do have the right understanding to chose the right person for the DT activities of a forum.
I understand that all of us have a life outside IF but still if a responsibility is taken,it needs to be either done or delegated properly.
I have no intentions to hurt anyone but sometimes it's necessary to raise some important issues for the betterment of the forum.
PS-I'm sure 90% people won't support me in this but I'll keep asking questions from the DT members whenever I'll see the forum getting less attention from the mods.I apologize in advance if I have unintentionally hurt anyone.I could have pmed the mods about this but I wanted to know what u guys feel about the MOTW issue and that is why I've put up this thread.Please avoid unnecessary conflicts and kindly don't shoot arrows at me
