Why don't we get MOTW regularly? Mod replies Pg 3, 6, 7 - Page 3

And our coolbies who r also part of DT r mainly assigned for regular show update ... so unless mods give them the green signal to organise a contest or some activity , they cannot go ahead .. but now they will organise the MOTW soon and u might also see DOTW-GOTW and other activities coming up too .. a bit of patience and things will fall in place

About our fellow Mods , they too r trying to balance out both ... At times forum issues take priority over activities because if they r not dealt on time , then members will complain that Mods r only busy hosting activities but they hv no time for forum issues ... so thats why DT always gives first priority to forum issues and then comes activities ... We will try our best to balance out both .. just give them all some time 😳

Great post asma. I agree with Jyoti too. Forum issues are certainly important than activities. I am looking forward to NL and MOTW. And yes DOTW-GOTW certainly help increasing forum activites. So, I am sure mods will take care of it too.

u're right Asma, dis time as well. it's like u hav to remind our mods dat the forum requires them to visit regularly n not show special apperances. waisey bhi, sumhow i'm trying to becum immune to da ranking system of IF, kyunki every week it gives me a heart break to see the deserving one on number 5,6 or 7. ok u can say dat i'm a fan of his, dats y m saying dis but still.

atleast v all can come together to bring our QH forum on number one, n dats only possible if v do the bit dats in our hands n for dis v need the mods to b active too. u're rite abt the MOTW too. I guess one person handling many responsibilities is da cause of prob here.

I hope dey start realizing deir role out here..
