Why don't we get MOTW regularly? Mod replies Pg 3, 6, 7 - Page 2

As for Biased or Unbiased in my opinion it has nothing to do with whether someone is from the forum of not it totally depends on how the person is and how they view their position as ...

Can u plz tell me for how long Gunian's exams last?Has she ever been really active on the forum??OK as far as I remember for a week/2.
As I said if one has taken a responsibility,he/she must learn to delegate as well.

You are a coolbie.Why didn't the mods ask u to declare MOTW in their absence?
I personally feel that such things happen only if things are of least concern to the mods.

I'm sorry but I won't deny to say that the mods of QH forum are hardly concerned about this forum.

I'm sure if none of the members report a post,even that won't be closed here .

Also,MOTW is concerned with all the forum people,that is why I didn't pm mods this time.
And yes few things need to be brought out in open as well.
I think 5 months are enough to tolerate the ignorance of mods towards this forum.
Now my threshold level is crossed.

I completely agree with you and that is why I've said that delgation is equally important as performing the undertaken responsibility by oneself.

Gunia still has exams ...i think whole of this month and despite that both she and Shifali do sticky the imp stuff and do what is req ..about closing topics well i will blame it on the time zone difference cause they both stay in the western part and trust me they both do a lot of work which goes unnoticed as well 😳

As for MOTW ...i assure this will be looked into and if they are busy i will make sure that I post it in their absence I hope that helps😳

@pooja its great if you take up MOTW; btw i want to see u as Viewbie of QH on next promotion 😆 thanks a lot for your supportive approach

Is Gunia having exams from October till March?
I guess she is preparing for some entrance exam.
I understand the problem of time difference,all what I wished to say was that mods are doing only a part of the required duties.Managing stickies takes less than 10 minutes.
I've joined IF much late.
I've been the moderator of Dill Mill gayye forum of Star one(www.indya.com-The official website of Star serials especially).So,I understand what are the actual duties of the mods a bit as well.
I think I said that I really appreciate their work but it really hurts to see no MOTW and other activities which are the responsibility of the mods to be neglected soo badly.
See this is what is the problem which I and even Victoria mentioned.
Whenever we bring things to notice,only then the DT members feel the need to address to it be it the banner,forum activities and now MOTW.
I'm glad that you have finally taken the matter of concern into your hands.
I'm happy now. 😃

Hey dear I understand your concern about the Activity in the forum as it helps in Ranking but at times because of exams and many other factors , Mods get too busy and might not always give their 100% in activity level .. I apologise for that ...But u could hv PMed the whole issue to us instead of opening this topic .. We do hv PM service when it comes to such queries regarding the DT ...

Coming to MOTW and many other activities , we will b more than happy if our coolbies or regular members come forward and take the responsiiblity for it since a forum is not just for the Mods but for the members too and we will love the equal co-operation and participation coming from them as well 😳

I will talk to my fellow Mods and coolbies soon on it and we might hv the MOTW from next week onwards 😳

This is what I love about you.Your posts and replies are just awesome.
I too have exams darling but I believe that noone has exams for 5 months and DTs have been really ignorant towards this forum.
Starting from NL,banner ,etc no work was accomplished here unless someone pmed the mods.
What was this?
I really appreciate the wonderful works of Shifali and Jyo regading the imp topics of the forum.
Coolbies,etc are also doing their job nicely.
But tell me inspite of having 7 members in the DT list why was there no MOTW for 2 weeks.
I think apart from Viewbies and moderator,rest 5 DT members also have the responsibility to keep the forum active.So why was the responsibility not delegated to them.This happened bcoz it this forum is of least concern,I think.I am really disappointed big time for this huge negligence.

What would have the pm done Jyoti?Mods get 3232322 pms daily.Since they seem to be busy with exams,I wonder if there had been a quick response to the pm eventhough Shifali is the quickest in replying to the pms.
I wanted everyone to note this thing coz MOTW is not just concerned to me but all the forum members.
And yes this post is also opened to remind all the DT members that they are really our DTs.At times,it seems as if QH receives bare minimum attention of the DTs and I'm really upset with this fact.This concern not only belongs to me but many forum members as well.
I just wanted to know if others too feel the same way about this like me or only I'm going crazy by the silence of the mods.

I'm glad that now u'll have a talk with the DT members.I request u to kindly address this issue properly.
We don't want mods who don't have any concern for this forum.
Regarding the sharing of responsibilities,I would love to handle any responsibility you assign to me.

A forum belongs to members not mods.Mods are just the catalyst to always keep the candle burning.But in QH forum's case,the opposite has been happening and this is what upsets me the most.

I understand that all of u are apprehensive to share ur views since it's related to DT.But can I even get a good number of likes to know that u agree with me atleast this time plz?

@Asma don be frustrated darling; there's Holi going and barely few are active today, so thats why the response is low but i guess after Mod reply we'll get improvement in this 😆
