Huge fan of this production house, loved Geet, then Ipk as you can tell, and now getting hooked onto QH. Another one of the millions of KSG fans I guess. I will be fair, I like SJ as well, although I have never seen her on the big or small screen earlier.
Loved the interview with KSG and SJ as they danced for the dream sequence. But a thought came to mind on a comment from KSG I paraphrase loosely... " we won't be playing Holi on this serial as it is a Muslim serial" This is based in Bhopal, India right? I trust there are a few Muslims and also a few Hindus, Christians, Buddhists and Jains and everyone else in India still :-) Having been raised in India I had friends from every religion listed above and then some. Why would this be an issue? Again I am not holding KSG responsible for not having Holi as part of the serial, but I thought the comment was curious!
In the same video there was a public service message about not wasting water - I love it! So I challenge the CVs to turn this into a secular serial, as keep religion out of the mix. Let me explain, this is a story about a family who happens to be Muslim, yes they have their customs, their prayers, their get togethers etc. But they can also celebrate Buddha Jayanthi or Christmas or Holi - "without wasting water" I add or what have you, because the progressive Mr Six Pack has friends who are from other religions. Or maybe Nazma or Dilshaad or for that matter stuck in the mud - Siddique's best friend could be a Jain. I don't care how you do it, move out of this, horse with blinders attitude - it is a Muslim serial. In fact I think all serials on TV could use this advise!
What does everyone else think? There is too much division in the world, why not use this medium to bring the human race together? Another subtle, but beautiful public service message from my favorite PH. Celebrate Holi, celebrate Eid, celebrate Buddha Jayanthi, celebrate Christmas, not sure if atheists have a day, heck celebrate humanity!

They are not even showing them celebrating any Muslims festival, so for me its quite weird if they show them celebrating others religion festival but ignoring their own.
