And to be honest it shouldn't have even lasted that long because what Maan said was nothing compared to what ASR did and what Asad is doing, and ASR's repentance didn't even last a day so I really am not holding any hope.

IKR? He was just mad at her for forgiving the guy who deceived her and still he went through so much. I mean he walked over the burning coal and then he had to become a driver. I think in IPK, they rushed all the tracks because Sobti was coming and leaving. I hope we get a redemption track here!

I had actually thought that Geet over-reacted, after everything she did to punish Dev she easily forgives him just because he did one good deed, I was like W*F! Maan wasn't really wrong in what he said but even then he put his ego aside and went on to become a driver for that freaken clown of a family and bared all the humiliation because he loved Geet that much. I personally don't think Sobti's decision of leaving the show is the reason, I think it's actually Gul that didn't want to show the repentance track, the only reason we got a repentance track in Geet is because as far as I remember some one else was handling it.

I need her out of that damn house too.
It's annoying to watch him even talk BS about her at this point.
Like how can a person even go on talking about upbringing and family when you know the kind of past that she has? It's shameful. And disappointing.

Wasn't he supposed to be strong and supporting? Not.
He's more like strong (physically) and egotistical.

Kiran i agree with you.
He has no business to discuss and pass comments on zoya in front of tanveer or what she is capable of. He is too primitive in his thinking. I already feel he can't stay with any women he has problems or will look for something to criticize in everyone.
Zoya has made mistakes in past but he too slapped her. He can't keep judging her on the spot all the time

I think now is the time for zoya to stay afar from him.

Even I was on Maan's side that time but anyways this is not the place to discuss that.:P But my point was they actually showed redemption. Even in the end, Gul wasn't handling IPK as far as I know. BUt whatever the case be, if we can get redemption in geet, I hope we get in QH too.

I think if Asad wants to discuss about Zoya with Tanveer that is perfectly alright. She IS his best friend just like how He hugged her on friday that was alright too cause once again...she IS his best friend. We talk to our friends about things that bother us. Its perfectly alright. The fact that Zoya heard him when he was talking was bad luck and timing. And no i don't condone what he said...as I keep saying he is a jackass.

The thing that attracted me most to Asad's character in the beginning despite his MCP ideals was that, He respected women.

Hey, The guy was bought up by a single mom, spend his entire life surronded by his mom, sis and apparently now a best friend who is a girl too. Obviously a guy like that would be instilled in a young age itself to respect women and treat them with care. so I thought, Ok so what if he is old fashioned but atleast he respects women.
Look at the scene where he rescues his step-siblings, the way he patted Nikhat's head when she came to ask his help, the way he helped his step siblings without ever asking anything in return.
He may have been an judgemental jerk in regards to Zoya at that time (And Zoya judged him quite easily too) but he did have a good heart.

But good god, Was I in for a shock of freaking lifetime!!

Now when I look at Asad, I feel like stuffing Tannu the chudail's 15 yards of dupatta down his damn throat just so I dont have to bare listening to his bloody nonsense! I literally feel like entering into the tv screen and whacking the hell out of him and that sugary sweet b*tch.

*takes a calming breath* Seriously, after that damn slap disaster. I have become more and more aware so many anger and homicidal thoughts in me. The last time I ever got this pissed off was when I read the utter garbage Twilight (no offense to its fans but I hate that book with a passion)

They have utterly and totally ruined his character to point well past redemption. What could have been a complicated, beautiful and well-developed character has now been turned into an first class A-Hole!

The writer in me wants to rip my hair out in sheer frustration! 🤢 I cant bare to watch character and story assassination. How can you just destory such a good story and character?? They have such good actors on board too! You can do so much with this story! Such a unique idea with so many different tracks...They could have shown such a meaningful Asya track after the revelation of her past but nooo... they rather ruin it to the ground.

I didn't mind Asad's rudeness in the beginning because lets admit it, Zoya was equally rude with him. But now Zoya, the one he keeps saying is immature, not at all serious, stupid, etc. etc. has grown far far far more than in the span of 3 months than this Ass has in his past 30 years.

I really dont get this guy at all. How can a person who has been through so much pain in his own life be so so insensitive to the pain of others! Forget others, the pain of the one whom he apparently loves (Love my foot)
The dude freaking cried hearing her story and now look at him! She doesn't deserve to be in anyones family? Eff You Mr.A-Hole Khan!

Being old fashioned and judgemental is one thing but being total heartless, insenstive, emotionally and mentally abusive Jackass is another.

I dont even think walking on coal or being a driver to Zoya is enough to redeem his character for many. I want to see him be a wreak in guilt, he should be reminded again and again of what he has said and done! His ego should be shattered only then he will feel the regret! Now I dunno why they didn't show redemption track in IPK but I heard its because Sobti wasnt there but here you have amazing actor and he is not going anywhere so they better damn well make use of it!

And also about Zoya, The girl has become one of the many shining examples of Stockholm syndrome. 😃 If they continue like this, I wont even be left with any sympathy for her either.

P.S:
Gul Khan should write a book on "1001 ways to destory your characters for giggles and shit"

P.S.S: Sry for the typos, im coming on through cell.

Actually in the previous show the hero never was low ...I liked his character and I've met that kind before aloof, full of themselves but golden hearted who stand up for what is right. The hero never said to Geet she deserved to get duped pregnant, left alone and honor killed?

Asad has said within 100 episodes that Zoya deserves no family, and no mom!

I mean what kind of person would say that...who are these writers, what emotion do they want / what is it in terms of reaction that they want to get from us viewers? Or they thought they'd get? You want to make us hate a character there are plenty of ways to do it.

I get that people want to write to get extreme reactions from viewers to set the stage up for something big but this idea/dialogue is just really low, and Zoya's tame reaction was even more surprising.

Terrible...was hoping for some fun episodes since last week was fun...like the dhabha episodes in Geet. Enjoyed those so much.
