Hate the way they comment on something even without having knowledge about a particular thing :/

Yeah same here in USA. No one is allowed to share/carry stuffs with peanuts in it. Yes Epi pen is used over clothes.
Yeah most people in India don't know this but as a reporter that person should have known about it before making a fool about himself and the channel.

I totally agree with you!
I know how rude that feels as well because i am a person with nut allergies and I do carry an Epi- Pen along with me at all times
Reporters need to be more careful with words

Ya I also noticed that
They don't even bother to search
Epi pen is always given on the thigh so who the f is gonna remove clothes when every sec counts
Peanuts butter is a really dangerous allergy I know some family who went a restaurant and d guy lost his life jus coz d cook didn't lsh attention to their request and used a knife which had peanut butter in it.
The poor guy was getting married that week.
In Canada children arent suppose to take all this to school its true

Not many people know about Epi-pen in India. Peanut allergies aren't that common. Am sure the reporter too didn't know about this.

It is unfortunate that people are not aware and deaths do happen. Someone I know, their 18 year old daughter was visiting India and died their coz of unawareness there. It is sad and media should take responsibility to make people aware. It is a very important matter.

I totally get your point. Media has the responsibility to create awareness. But it is SBS.. It's a gossip show about stuff on telly.

Of course, it shouldn't excuse them just like it doesn't excuse QH from portraying serious women's issues in a flippant manner or showing regressive behaviour like slapping, etc. as the way to deal with a situation,

I don't know what your take or everyone else's was on that aspect, but I'd say the physical aggression issue was an equally important matter that the media should have taken responsiblity for.
