"Yeh kaisa injection hai Jo kapadon ke uppar se lagate hai. Yeh serial hai bhai, yahan sab chalta hai."
The sheer ignorance of reporter just boggled my mind. Reporters must research what they are putting out in public, if they are not familiar with certain aspect, was totally ignored here. He could have used this segment to educate people about allergic reactions and antidote to it.
Mr. Reporter, it's called EPI-PEN. And yes it is given through clothes. And yes people do get anaphylactic shocks from peanuts where their airway closes and they have difficulty breathing. In this situation, every second counts, you have no time to look for patients flesh. It is to be given right away, that means through the clothes that person is wearing.
Here in Canada, kids are not allowed to bring any food that contains peanut to school just to protect other kids who are allergic to peanuts. And every kids/person who has allergies will carry epi-pen with them, everywhere.
I just couldn't resist but share what bothered me. Wish he could have have shared this with public who don't know what Epi-pen is and bit more about peanut allergy. But I guess he felt very genius making such a comment and felt CV's are the one ignorant of what they are doing.
Ok, my rant is over. LOL
