Hey Forum wasio!! 🤗 How are all of u? 😳
I guess you all must have watched today's episode and the scene I loved the most was when the women talked bad about Zoya's dressing style and Dilshaad answered them back, defending Zoya! Hats off to Dilshaad: the way she answered the ladies was just wow! 👏 n hats off to the writer and the whole team of QH too because in Real Life.. when girls wear such clothes, the society think that they are bad girls and being Muslim.. I really know how the reality is!! Whenever I wear such clothes and go out.. people look at me with disgust and I always thought why people have a mentality like this. Islam says that a women's body should be covered fully and Zoya, just like many other Muslim girls in the whole world, was fully covered so what was the need to insult her and insult her? Same goes with girls who were born and grew in Europe. When they (including me) go back to their country (ex. for holidays) people look with disgust at them and few of them insult their parents too stating that they didn't taught Tezeeb to their daughter. I really pray to Allah that, one day, every person in this world, including women, will understand that clothes don't define the character of a person and neither if she believes in the religion or not. What counts is the belief in Allah and how the heart is or how pure she is.

It is true. I dont really get why people have a problem with jeans even when everything that should be covered is infact properly covered. Actually the traditional sarees can be so much more revealing than jeans. And just because jeans is not indian wear that does not mean its indecent, I mean come on people Grow up !!

I'm happy that the ppl here aren't like this and talk bad about a girl just because she's wearing jeans.. By the way I'm also Muslim 😊

Yes, I loved the way she defended Zoya, & I know that this is reality today..not just in Muslim cultures but also elsewhere in other cultures. This is prolly really weird to say, but I though your post was just so innocent and beautiful. 😃

Just covering up is not enough. As per Islam woman's body need not just be covered but the the covering itself should not reveal the proper shape of the body. When women are in their homes they can wear whatever they want, but the covering or hijab is meant only if they meet strangers or as we call Na-Mahram. Other than they women can continue to wear jeans, churidars, etc, but in no case skirts. Yes sari is the worst dress, an unsewn one, and in Islam it is strictly forbidden to wear unsewn garment, except at Hajj.

Great post! You read my mind --

I was so proud of Dilshaad standing up for Zoya and the way in which she put them in their place was to be applauded. That scene was something I have seen and experienced myself too and I agree that Zoya was properly covered and its her heart's purity that matters most. And what hypocrites with her belly exposed like that to be condemning Zoya?! Haha - it's always those ppl who criticize the most, na? I swear I've seen Aunties who look and talk like that who are most judgmental of others.
