that is the point with all these posts and disagreeing

Romanticizing and glamorizing violence against women is only good for TV, it doesn't work out in real life. In real life, a woman's ego, pride and respect are destroyed.
And soTBH...I actually dig the violence (only if its just a slap and nothing like the way Rihanna ended up)

Anyone watch Suits? One of the characters was slapped- by a woman, that too twice...and the man didn't reciprocate. If so much is said and done to prevent abuse against woman, shouldn't men deserve the same (yeah, yeah - they're stronger and what not..). I actually know someone who is beat up often by his wife 😆 (I shouldn't be laughing but still) and films in South India include scenes in which the wife beats her husband - as comic relief!
Cheers to hoping India grows, at least where TV is concerned.
But this is just an opinion from an immature and irresponsible 22 year old! So, I don't know if I'm right- so anyone (Laila) point me in the right direction.

Ek doubt hai..y u didnt quoted slapping scenes from other shows which aired till date? Am sure wahan bi lead mara hoga thapad ek aurat par?

I honestly DONT understand Laila , when you have such good connections why don't you use it for a better social cause other then targeting a daily soap?
This is really annoying for many viewers who are watching the show as entertainment, nothing else. Why are you trying to ruin it for us?
Use your power to save some women in real world. Here I guess you are simply wasting your time. That slap is over and done with and it won't be repeated. Not because of you letter or whatever, but because that's how it works in every story. Asad is no villain but even the coolest and most gentle person reacts this way certain times. Specially when their most loved ones are harmed the worst possible way. It was not a pre calculative movement but an abrupt one. I have seen it in real life and it CAN NOT BE CONSIDERED AS CRIME AGAINST WOMEN.I have seen both men and women do it to each other and NO I don't think I have regressive thinking. It's very practical.
Yes there was nothing ROMANTIC in the slap but who said it was supposed to be romantic. Next they might show Mamu and Razia plotted to kill Zs mom who might or might not be Msmus first wife. What are you going to do then? That is going to be another crime against woman right? Will you write another petition to stop showing that too , OR you are going to let it go since possibly another woman woukd be shown as the master plotter there?
Slapping a woman and plotting to kill a woman both are crimes AGAINST WOMAN , right?
Anyway I feel better you wait and see where this story is heading instead of sending letters to BCCC or whatever. JUST CHILL.
