yeah.. after a long time they showed the very imp part of Muslim life style ..
once a while they should show this to make it more realistic ..

It was really nice and touching to see that!Namaz is not only an important part of the culture but of the religion itself, as a Muslim is supposed to pray 5 times a day.

So true!

I'd love to see Najma, Dilshad, and Zoya praying together in the futurer- that would be nice.

I'd also like to see Rashid's second household praying, for all of Razia and Ghafoor's insistence on tradition and being proper, we have yet to see them pray once.

i simply luvd da NAMAZ scene of zoya...it ws so beautiful & touching...DUAON mein bohot asar hota hai so true...hope dey show these kinds of scenes more often...gr8 post dear:)

My thoughts exactly. I was very happy to see how they captured Zoya's prayers. It's also true how in Islam it's said that if you make your dua ardently, inshAllah Allah will accept it. I liked how they didnt just show her making the dua, but also the salaam, etc.

I know this is a while back, but I was really hoping that Asad would pray (not just make dua) after he returned from Mangalpur. Zoya was not conscious enough to know that she was nearly killed, but Asad was alive and saw how she could've died. Since the CVs have portrayed him as more traditional than the rest -- i wish they would've shown him thanking Allah through namaaz.

Lastly, it was wonderful to see that the grandma was making dua as well...since this is a show on muslim families, it'll be very much more appreciated if expression of faith is shown more frequently.

Especially, how the modern younger generation expresses and integrates faith. A girl can wear jeans (not the hijaab) but still pray daily ...etc...
