No matter how distraught a situation Asad is going through or how angry he might be that slap was not justifiable in any way in my eyes. That was not just a little slap but that was one hard slap,a very violent slap!Zoya practically went flying with the force of that slap that my heart totally went out to her!I am very dissapointed in Four Lions for making the character of Asad take this harsh action,it wasn't called for despite the situation at hand.I seriously didn't expext this kind of behaviour from the character of Asad and I really didn't think he'd go that far as to actually physically hit her...Yes, That's exactly what it was more, like a big hard whack round the face...which made me shiver seeing this side to Asad!Once before I was dissaponited in Asad's character when he held Zoya by the neck and really thought this level of agression was not going to be repeated again, but today they had to take it to another level.I know I'm probably going to face alot of bashing here and be told that what else do you expect him to do when he's Ammi's on her death bed but this is not the kind of up bringing he has been given by his mother who I thought was an inspiration for him,who taught him to respect people and be strong in life and after seeing his Ammis struggle to bring him and Najma up as a single mother he should have grown up to have a hell of alot of respect for woman in general.I'm going to get everyone tell me that ,what else was he supposed to do.?..He will repent later but nothing is going to make a difference right now or make me feel less dissaponitment in Asad today as I really wasn't expecting them to carry this slap sequence out...what were they thinking!KSG was geat in his acting as usual but this slap was not hot like many are deeming it to be.Slapping a woman in any way is not hot or sexy to me from any angle. If we all were to go slapping and hitting peoeple whenever we got angry then we wont have civilization left in the world at all as there would only be animals in the name of human beings!

Shazz, physical violence of any sort I don't condone.

Whether its a man slapping a woman or vice versa... especially in anger or frustration.

Someone said its not about a man versus woman. Ok it's not. But that doesn't make it right. It doesn't matter what he was feeling, whether she caught him at a wrong time.

It's WRONG.

@Disco Diva and @Adeeti10 for replying.I cannot stand physical agression/violence of any form and just because it happens to be from a character I really do like doesn't mean that I can be biased in going onto justify this kind of behaviour. What is it with the talks of equality...if a man shouldn't slap.then a woman shouldn't either! This isn't the scenario here though is it?And if it was, I wouldn't be supporting it either. At present we,have a man who has slapped or more hit a woman so mercilessly without a second thought. How can this be justifiable in anyway?

KSG was in full form without a doubt, BUT I really didnt appreciate the slap!!! Any other "act of violence" like hitting an object or a wall could have been more justified in him showing his FRUSTRATION, but not by hitting her. As you said there is a difference between animals and human beings, we are taught self-control right from the beginning! His anger was justified but NOT the slap!!!

If a man slapping women is not justifiable the neither is it justifing for a women slapping a man. But we see in almost all shows where women slaps a man.

WHY??? just bcoz ZOYA s d heroine or lead... u can not support her... she s HIS mom lying dere in

d hospital fyting for her lyf... i also detest violence bt wen it cms 2 family's safety one can do nythng ...
n here He didnt do nythng unxpectd.. One cant deny dat ZOYA s responsible for Dilshad's condition

as per nw ((since Asad dsnt knw bout writers or viewers prediction f shooter related 2 Siddiques))

this s one of d xtreme situation where one can easily slap anyone ...be it man or woman...

i don't care ...

Aniashree...I understand that his mum is lying on her death bed and he is being eaten away at the thought of losing his beloved Ammi, but the way he mercilessly hit her without any restraint is not justifiable in any way.So if everyone gets angry...this is the solution...To go hitting people to take your anger out?
