Honestly, when I saw the scene my jaw literally dropped! It left a bad taste in my mouth! But then I think the reaction would have been different if it was Zoya who slapped Asad! LOL!.. Either way like I stated earlier I am not a great fan of violence, but placing myself in his shoes I feel he was justified! and likewise placing myself in Zoya's shoes, I wouldnt think she did anything wrong, especially seeing Asad's attitude towards what had occured in that village (it was a bad memory he wanted to erase)

I personally blame both parties! Asad for hiding the truth in the first instance! Had he been honest to his mother, she would have been more careful when she brought Mariam back!.. And for me Zoya saving the girl was just aawesome, but her antics whren she finds her in the house was annoying especially when she knew how dangerous her father was! All she had to do was be honest to Asad, and perhaps the situation wouldnt have occured.

Anyways, cvs have handled this track in a bad way! Zoya did an honourable thing by saving that girl! And instead of dragging it cvs should have put it rest and focus on a didferent track! Now it feels like saving someone is equivalent to causing another person's death.

i was utterly shocked im sorry but i didnt like it at all. i get his point but slapping a women is just disrespectful...i know its just a drama but this shows how the character is n what he can do in anger n this not ryt im very dissappointed like afterall he comes from a muslim family n they are not showing this right like i swear first serial where i see the hero slappin the heroine like we saw few previous weeks of some feelings developing romance n what not and now a slap straight to violence wooowww id b scared to fall in love with a man who just slapped me...like asad belongs to a good family respects n takes care of mother n sister so he shud repect other women as well he wudnt want his sister to be treated or slapped like that if she went to stay at sum1 elses house would he. And by the way there are other ways of taking out all the anger e.g. i am not gona name any shows here but the guy usually corners the girl or pins her n tries to hurt her but doesnt cross the limit completly...asad cudve just grabbed her arms or shoulders tightly n pulled her close with anger while also hurtin her if thats what he wants n looked at her with red teary eyes AS IF hes goin to kill her but pushes n leaves her...but nope bam he slapped her lol this shows how unique the show qubool hai is awww hes gonna regret soo much like really love the 2 zoya looked sooo cute soo did asad my ksg haha but asad not done haha...u better not slap the girl next time otherwise the day zoya gets angry shes gona use her MARSHAL ARTS SKILLS ON MY ASAD BABY haha :) (btw sorry for long post haha)

How they built up to this slap scene, needs to be watched out for! I mean Asad wasn't looking or talking to Zoya cos he knew he could hurt her!..
If it was the other way round, then am sure no one would be having this discussion here about what is wrong and right and the limits!..
Need to understand the depth of the slap and the situation. . by what we know, he has spent his life protecting his mother and sis and something to happen to them cos of someone else.. is devastating!..
even Zoya came to say that she is sorry.. means she knows that she was wrong in the first place to hide mariyam!..

however, what superb acting by both! .. flawless!

Although. am sure he will regret it later!.. I felt for Zoya.. and the situation in india right now.. I guess alot of people would feel that way!..
Am sure now the PH will show Asad hurting himself in alot of ways to get rid of the guilt and ask for her forgiveness..
what everyone needs to understand is anger always gets the better out of a person!....

I dont base my decision on how women i nIndia are treated through this, i base my opinion on how women are treated coz i live in India, and everyday i see the same stereotypes being lived, glorified on popular entertainment...
