i agree with everything you said. asad should show more humility to zoya just on the basis that she went thru a mental trauma recently. I was hoping this would bring them together just as two people who went through a very traumatic incident together. but the writers just seem to want to act like nothing happened.

besides that I just want to point out that zoya doesnt love Asad either yet and she isnt really waiting for Asad to love her back. Their equation right now is a bit of a question mark.

Also I think one shud understand Asad's point of view too. I mean yes Zoya went thru something rly horrible and she has all of my sympathy for that and Asad shud be kinder to her because of what happened. BUT Asad did tell her to leave and she didnt listen. If you think of this whole thing from his point of view..i know i wud keep thinking back to the fact that if Zoya had just listened to me and left none of this would have happened. And neither of them wud have had to deal with that whole situation. Not only did Zoya put herself in danger she also put Asad in danger too.

But yeah im sick of Asad's "i cant wait until you leave" rant. I thought after Zoya like died for a few seconds he would never say that again.

Hi Priyanka deary...how are you and missed you loads on here!Since yesterday's episode I'm kind of in confusion about this denial mode of Asad's.Firs of all when did Asad realize that there is anything within him for Zoya and how did this inner turmoil come about? In the space of one or two episodes he's realized he feels love or something along the lines of love for Zoya and as he's set of principles and beliefs in life go against all this thus leads to him trying to surpress or nip in the bud any seeds of love being planted.Well I for one aint buying this as it all seems too much too soon as, when have they had so much close interaction and connectivity of heart and minds in their lives to have reached this stage?

If anything after that near death experience they both went through and the remorse Asad felt when he thought he had lost her in saying those words of why Zoya just doesn't leave his leave, I would have expected to see a more softer Asad towards Zoya.I was expecting him to be more understanding towards her and also try to get to understand her as a person, maybe try find out about her past and why she has come all the way to India in the first place.I'm not saying that he should be head over heels in love and go all ga ga over her but the humanity in him that witnessed her so near to the hands of death would have obliged him to extend a hand of friendship at least where he could have helped her out in finding her dad and this leading both of them to feel a connect as both their past lfe history more or less runs along the same path.In that way we would have got to see more depths and layer's to this love story unfolding with fate bringing them togethr on this journey where they fall deeply in love and only then the denial mode kicks in for Asad when he himself has fully acknowledged that those feelings he feels for Zoya is really love and his world there is no room for love as he does not believe in this emotion called love.If only then we get to see the hot and cold Asad it would make more sense but him being so, harsh and hurting her with his words like that is not sitting well with me as only a couple of days ago the humanity in him repented on his harsh words. In life you need to be careful what you wish for as these very things you say out of anger can one day be the death of you!
Change is a constant and without change we'd all be stuck in a rut of a vicious circle.Change for Asad is going to be hard but change even a teeny weeny oone of his thought process needs to be shown especially for the sake of that experience they shared together.
I am just trying ot go with the flow of the story so far as it seems that we are just expected to be okay with this Asad denial thing and just assume that he's in love already and go all ga ga over his actions of extreme insensitivity towrds Zoe as it's only the love doing the talking and it's oh so hot and romantic but Pri...it aint doing it for me!I even made a post yesterday about my confusion but teh same old same old he's felt something for Zoya so obviously he's going to react this way as that's in his character but for me to churn out a good love story all loose ends need to be tied and very importantly make sense in some sort logical way to have the desired impact on us the viewers.Maybe they should have a third angle to the love story but with someone else other than Ayaan as the very thought of Zoe and Ayaan...eeeww...just makes me cringe!

Dear Shazie...,how are you? You are so right about change...it's so true...change is inevitable and is necessary in the progression of life.

I am really disappointed at Asad's behavior...being in the denial mode is understandable but saying hurtful things is unacceptable at this point after Zoya went through a death experience...I have no idea...what was the need to show the frantic digging and showdown if in the next episode he slams her down by wanting to get her out of his life...I think a confused and man in love wouldn't react this way...he would definitely surround himself in a shell...but couldn't be verbally hurtful...Shazie...I am certain this cannot be love ...I cannot even say its attraction because he hasn't really thought of her in that way...I think he is a little taken away by watching her buried and realizing that she is indeed a person with good heart...in this case helping Mariam.

I am not comfortable with the Ayaan Zoya equation too...but Shaz...it's not healthy to stay with a person who proclaims to love you but kills you every second in your life with hurtful words ...I am not going to talk about physical abuse here because as of now I have seen Asad man handling Zoya for couple of times...which itself isn't acceptable. Life is too precious and every woman has the right to one...I want Zoya to choose this time...choose the man who truly deserves her.

I think deep down Zoya knows that Asad is putting up a barrier, she knows he is capable of love. She has seen him with his mum, his sister and even his care for Ayaan. After the Mangalpur incident, she is aware that she is also part of that list for Asad.

i think she should leave the house...he has told her numerous times...which self-respecting woman would continue to live in a house where the owner doesnt respect her?
even if he did save her life, doesnt mean he has the right to insult her again and again!

With full respect for your point of view, I just want to clarify something,

Loving Asad was never meant to be easy. That man has seen a lot of 'duniyadari' from an young age and never had the privilege of expressing his feelings, since he was too busy taking care of others,

I feel only a girl like Zoya can fully understand him, and gradually help him to discover himself. If Zoya had no feelings for Asad, why is she taking all this bull :poop: 😆 from Asad? Zoya has the heart to see beyond Asad's words (Honestly, that man doesn't know what he is blabbering about 🤪 Asad is a bad liar 😆) and focus on his good deeds !

The matter of hearts is always complicated my dear. 😉

thanks for commenting...but words are very powerful and once said ...it imprints in your mind. I work with women in a shelter and I see their physical scars everyday...you know the important fact is that when they talk to me they speak about the hurtful things their husbands and partners have said to them...they hardly talk about physical abuse. Verbally abusing someone s extremely bad...it's just that 4lions make their heroines immuned to it...they don't realize that they are based or insulted...ms Gul presumably believes that the men has the liberty to say or do anything because they are passionately in love and the women should be grateful .

Now about the digging out...that would be inhuman if he didn't...he would have done it for any other woman...Asad is not in love with Zoya...his recent behavior proves it. A man in love couldn't be uttering hurtful words after loosing her to death...I think the realization of loosing someone changes a person entirely...I really don't see the change.

Love this discussion because its really important aspect of AsYa relationship. Yes, out of humanity, asad might have gone back to look for the buried girl but I doubt he would have been that frantic, that broken when he thought she was dead, hurt himself, kissed and hugged her as if she were the most precious thing in his. Yash and arti were there too- out of humanity- in fact they stopped in their pursuit of ansh. They helped in the search but did not have the same emotional reaction to zoya's presumed death and then her revival. Asad is just angry at himself and that's his way of showing anger. He is angry because he realizes this woman has upset his internal balance and means a lot to him. He had said in the beginning of the show that he doesn't want to fall in love but now when he realizes he is getting there, he wants to convince himself that he isn't. It's his internal struggle that we are witnessing as his rude behavior. Zoya is perceptive and I think knows him well. Yes, his words are hurtful but even she knows how to give it back to him. She is not docile and knows when to draw the line.

This is exactly my point too!I dnt believe he is in love either but most seem to think that and it is being made to come across that way with Asad's aggressive, hostile behaviour towards Zoya it is being seen as if Asad has passed those norms he has set for himself in life thus this being his way of dealing with the situation by shutting Zoya off from getting inside that boundary and preventing her from being able to reach his heart. For me Asad's reaction to when he thought he had lost Zoya was one out of humanity which he would have felt for any other woman too or any other good human being in his place would have done the same but what's bothering me is why Asad has to utter those same words over and over again when he has already repented over it when he very nearly lost Zoya! Who after experiencing such a trauma of nearly losing someone would do that and that too repetitively.I know Asad's character is such that he is someone who keeps himself detached from any form of emotion what so ever and I'm not saying he should be screaming his love for Zoya from the roof tops but just a little sensitivity and respect would have gone along way!
