I think Humaira has blood cancer. And then it will be revealed that Zoya is her half-sister. Mamu will ask Zoya to give her bone marrow, and then Zoya will save Humaira. I think that's how Zoya's father truth will be revealed.

it may be possible. And i think it will take a lg time for Zoya to know where is her dad...

Ohh wow. I didn't really think of that! I was thinking of a pulmonary medical condition because she gets out of breath really fast. But if they do get married, Ayaan might hate her at first and then eventually fall in love with her and come to realize that she's dying. I like the idea of Zoya saving her!

if thats the case, hope they handle it with some sincerity not some joke. For writers this is just sequence but it is reality for lot.

I swear the way Mittals handled it intheir track, I want to slap them😡
