That's actually a very good prediction. I like it however (don't mean any offense) I would not like a cancer track only because its been happening a lot lately. I remember watching two other shows they also had a caner track and I fell out of it. Although I do agree in the Ayaan humiera relationship. The two are very cute together.

Even if Humaira is sick say with blood cancer, doesn't Zoya need to be her real sister as in full blood to give bone marrow? Or can that still work?

I was thinking they may be cousins. I think Zoya's mother was Humaira's Dad's sister. The sister died, and the father was disowned by the uncle? The girls are too close to age. Zoya's mom died but her biological father is alive. The uncle is related to her somehow but not as a father. His last name is Qudiqqi or something and Zoya's last name is Farooqui.
