Excellent post.
I too love Asad's feelings for all his siblings...regardless of whether they reciprocate it or not...he cares about all of them immensely.
Thank God Ayaan told him about Nikhat's lousy in-laws...I tell you...I would never marry a daughter off into such a family...though Imran seems like a nice person...will it be enough to counter his mother's crass personality. 😕
I'm afraid I agree more with Ayaan than Asad in terms of being the ladki wale so you have to bend...yes compromise is a part of life...but life altering aspects of life like marriage...one should think a million times before compromising. But I guess Asad is remaining quiet on the issue because he knows that Nikhat likes Imran and he feels her happiness is more important than speaking up against taunts.
I also feel Mamoojaan is some how connected to Zoya's past...whether he turns out to be Zoya's father or not...remains to be seen.
But the way he was lecturing Rashid Khan about the apple not falling far from the tree...reminds me of all the Southern Baptist ministers in the bible belt of the US...preaching God's will in their Sunday sermons...while looting the church coffers and carrying on affairs behind everyone's backs...😆
