I agre with Siberian_Pigeon. I wouldn't not be able to live with a man that is so conservative. Being from the same place as Zoya and as a US kid I really wonder how Zoya will fit in his household. The things Zoya says in the show are very relatable and you could see that coming from many people who are born or raised here.

Asad is a really nice guy but just a little too conservative. I am not sure why wearing pants is not proper. It's just a dressing style and as long as you're not naked or your comfortable with what you are wearing it should be considered decent. Lol I know I couldn't wear a suit everyday. I am always in a rush to change into pajamas as it is in jeans! It would be murderous to wear a suit everyday lol!

Lastly, I wouldn't wait and hope to change a man after I am married to him because you never know if the person is going to change or not. We are talking about a grown man who has lived with these ideals all his life! It's hard to change someone values or principles so if I couldn't adjust with the guy before hand I would not set myself up for failure by hoping to marry him and then change him. But I guess you never know! Maybe you can. I just wouldn't want to go through the trouble of not being able to change him despite my efforts and ending with a unsuccessful relationship.

Asad is a kind of guy who gives and earns respect. Yes, he is a conservative Muslim guy who wants the best for his family-Dilshaad and Najma and Ayaan. He is really religious and his thinking is really strict and straight forward on the other hand Zoya is really laid back kind of a modern girl. It will be really interesting on how Asad and Zoya will meet and fall in love because their thinkings are so different! Let's see. Zoya will probably change Asad lol...but that's still a longg time from now 😆

asad is perfect in many aspects like obedient,religious,protective,respects women,caring,loving n ofcourse successful plus not to 4get he is HAWWWTTT😳n if dis is not enough den da biggest reason of him being an ideal guy fr me is dat he is KSGso yes he is ma ideal guy.I hope i get one like him

other than that he has some conservative thoughts, I think he is an ideal guy for me. well, even though I live in the US as well, I believe in my culture...I hate when some people forcibly try to be Americanized and they think wearing short and revealing clothes and faking the accents is the way for it...but I don't agree with those thoughts...so in a way I also agree with Asad but of course his conservative thought are way too extreme and I believe those thoughts can be changed with little patience. To add, he is extremely good-looking, cultured, polite, well-behaved, respectful, independent!! so I guess, I would he is an ideal guy for me but of course, I would need to change some of his thoughts and spread the fragrance of love in his life😆

I would say yes because he is loyal and hard working...when his dad left him and his mom he didnt turn into a loser or act out...instead he worked hard and supported him mom and raised his sister with his mom...that is not easy...not everyone can handle that...at the same time he maintained such a good relationship with his half-brother because he knows it is not ayaan's fault in any of this...however how many of us would be able to have such a good bond with half-siblings that one of your parent left the other for their parent...i know i wouldnt be able too...

he is bit close minded but that also is due to his past and the hardships he has faced...he does not force his views on his mom because he knows she can make her own decisions...so he is not super close minded...he is protective of his sister because she has been through so much at such a young age and he doesnt want her to get hurt anymore...

he doesnt have a sense of humor so far however not everyone with his upbringing will have a sense of humor...asaad is someone who had to grow up overnight and turn into a man for his family...he didnt have the luxury to enjoy the fun loving young boy phase in his life like ayaan...he said his mother worked day and night to support them...how can a guy who sees his mom work that hard worry about jokes...but once he has someone in his life who will love him unconditionally and make him comfortable around her...he will find his sense of humor...he just needs happiness...

basically the guy has great foundation...he just needs some touch ups...
