I dont like/support marriage between first cousins...
Although u're allowed to do so in Islam, it has harmful effects on children. So it's good to avoid this kind of marriage... Medically speaking! 😛

And scientifically/medically speaking, am not sure about marriage between first cousins, either. Isn't that supposed to be harmful?

another thing i dont understand is why was the dadi taunting the tagline lady about having no male child. i mean she isnt her bahu neither daughter and she has no relation with her except that tagline lady is related to shrin, so dadi kind of has no right to taunt her right?

and does the tagline lady has another daughter becuase she kept on saying that a rishta came from her side of the family for shrin's daughter or something like that

anyway thanks for the post it was much needed

I guess daadi was taunting her because the tagline lady was mean to her grand daughters and stuff so kinda like tit for tat. Yup, and the tagline lady has another daughter but we are yet to see her.

And you are very much right...Muslims can marry their first cousins..a lot of my cousins are married to each other as well...it's allowed in Islam :)
