OK SO HERE'S HOW IT GOES.
Rashid married Dilshad. Had Asad and Nagma.
A woman called shireen fell in love with him. Her brother is supremely rich and his wealth lured Rashid to abandon his first wife and his kids and consequently marry Shireen.
Now, Shireen and Rashid have three kids:
Ayaan, Nikhat(the dark complexioned girl) and Nuzhat(the girl with spects)
Ohh, but najma maybe younger than nikhat so i think rashid's affair was a secret for sometime.
Rashid and Shireen live in Shireen's brother's house, who is probably the most authoritative in the house and is funding everybody. Shireen's brother is the mamoo of ayaan, nikhat and nuzhat and his wife is their mumaani. Humeira is their daughter and muslims can marry their first cousin. Although this practice has faded over the years, its still practiced in a lot of households as in someway families feel secure about their daughter's future and safety. Hence, mumaani is keen on Ayaan and Humeira's nikah.
Also, Rashid and Shireen are Humeira's phupa and phupi(bua).
BTW, extra trivia: Rashid's mother also lives in the same house. So, because of marriying Shireen Rashid received truckloads of financial security.
EDITED: some people are saying that shireen is a moon bholi behan, which means adopted or exactly like a sis but not a biological sister. Hence, humeira and ayaan may not be first cousins biologically but ayaan still calls humeira's father his mamoo. Either way, I am pretty sure muslims can marry their first cousins. 😊
