okay so here am i with my SOTW for the New Years Week!! ❤️

This week was POWERFUL to say the least. It had both the prtognists following thier dillemas and trying to gain SOME peace of mind but again and again failing. I am gonna divide scenes on the basis of characters this week, because as the confrontation scene will be discussed seperately so other than that scene, the protgansts shone individually in this week according to me.

Beggining with PREET.

I llove this woman. What an independent strong fierce woman is she. She can stand up for whats right, scare you with her questioning eyes and at the same time look at you with the awe worthy expression that will steal your heart.

My favourite scene regarding Preet will be the post - confrontation scene with Rizwaan, where she asks him not to go to pancmeshwar, That was utter beauty. Preet has grown like a beautiful butterfly since the start of thier relation. A relation which started merely as parents of a kid, slowly developed into frindship, and now finally after a lot of hurdles, she can openly ask for her right.

It was a beautifully executed and brilliantly written scene with respect to Preet. She faces irritation from her husband. She asks some geniune questions but is met with irritation and nothing else and thus again she takes the first step and worries about her husband's journey and makes sure he is comfortable in it.

It was just beautiful. It reminded me of paakhi's dialgue, "paati patni main suabhiman hona bht zarori hai, lekin abhimaan nahi hona chaiye".

Preet is the living example of this, She never ever lets her ego get in between thier relation. She is the one who has to go through the most, conciously and unconsioucly rizwaan ends up hurting her ALL the time and this woman still comes back with a smile, and the greatest thing being, that when she comes back, not for one moment do we feel that she compromised with hrr self espect.

Preet is love and this post confrontation scene, of first reminding her husbnd that he is going out and whatever argument they had doesnt comes above the fact that he is going out of home, and then very frankly telling him that she isnt ashmed of all those questons because it was her right, and lastly, beautifully demanding a valid thing from her husband and then agreeing to him realizing its his majbori.

All in all it was beautiful. I abosuletely loved Preet there. What a beautiful character of strength! Today's woman! so in love with her huband but knowss when to question!

Rizwaan

Forr me Rizwaan's BEST scene was when he calls Preet afterr reaching Panchmeshwar and realises how wrong was he. His uncontrollable rant was AWESOME AND SPECTACULAR. his frustration, his anxiety, his difficult way of choosing to avoid Preet half heatedly, undergoing immense self reservation to keep Preet out of his mind and then suddenly realizing how much she needed him. That was just a beautiful representation of Ishaan/ Rizwaan dillema in a few minutes scene.

I even loved how the scene began, he calls her and then its switched off and gets freaked out. mtlb maine khud switched off rakha thek hai but Preet ka ku off hai! Loved that bit! Brilliant writing! These little things add up so uch depth ⭐️

Then he ends up calling badi mummy and then my FVOURITE PART! He goes up to sana like an adorable baby and tells him, "sana Preet yahan panshmeshwar a rahi hai".

I love how rizwaan is with sana. His characters eases out and sana is the only person with shom he can take off the mask but still hold it near to him. i am so glad sana was in the framw ith him.

The news that should have been raising an alarm regarding his cover makes him worry about otehr things, things like he doubtedd Preet of lying, he left his family when his siblings were alone, what sort of a person is he to leave Preet to handle all this alone?

then after a reminder that riwaan is getting lost in the love of this fmaily, he comes bacck with the Rizwaan Ahmed Khan persona and then he just looks at sana. He i unable to utter a word because sana reminding him all those bitte realities always leaves him speechless.

It was just a beautiful demonstration of the rising Ishaan/ Rizwaan dillema in his mind! BEAUTIFUL!

I agree with every one of you about Preet depicting strength so explicitly. Tha5s why when we see her breaking down, its comes as such impactful one. Plus the helplessness admission that supposedly she has failed to make any place in the heart of that man who means world to her. You can fight every adversity which actually have a physucal existence,but how do you fight a dead person and the memories. Moeeover Rizwan's silence just inflicted more pain to that trauma , she has given all to this relationship but when in return she sees its slipping away thanks to a past which she never can erase was heart wrenching to see. Rizwan's reaction and those tears wwere his apology and God's coniracy to lessen his guilt, to give him some respite before he gets shattered himself seeing his beloved all broken because of him.

These two are poetry which gives you a sense of fullfillment along woth sense of emptiness. Pain being the driving fircd, it took my heart away as I get my safist pleasure watching them. 😳

Arre wah! Itna discussion hogaya!?! I had no time today, had a wedding to attend. I am feeling so lost because though I managed to watch all the episodes online while on vacation but not in proper sequence...Kal marathon run karna padega Asmita.. 😆

Oops sorry couldn't complete my thoughts.. Kya Kareen my two year old decided he owns the gadgets more than me😆 als it has been Xmas weekend n new year weekend filled with leaves and PKHJD marathon... To be honest I forgot Abt all Weekly episodes but choose to do marathon of scene which I have enjoyed so far...

The scene which was great was Rizwans tumhara hi to haq hai.. What has always intrigued me that even in his own essence to the depth of his soul he knows he only breathes n lives for Preet ... Yet he never accepts it... He flats refuses to name it love... Yet at impromptu these small truth of his just overflow out of him n he can not do anything like this one...

This scene reminded me of the kitchen where seeking her forgiveness she irritated lay asks him what he needs n he replies tum... No thoughts no control just spontaneous ,,,

I also loved the whole sana Rizwan conversation where once agains she realizes him the truth of his soul ... One can cheat the world but not his soul so very rightly he too is living his relationship with Preet in totality in 100 percent
