Also I like the fact that the serial is a bit different where the hero itself is the villian in the story. A double role without being a double role and Iqbal does his best i will tell you. Also this is one show where lead actor has major part. We can say it is a balanced show.

Yes Ekta has sirorised all of us who are or were watching with lot of appeehensions. I cant believe she created two leads who speak and behave like normal couple when they tease each other, irritate each other or dngage themselves in a conversation. 😆 plus the anti hero angle has surely added the intrigruing factor and depth to the storyline. Preet's past also was a shocker. Hope the makers dont loose their plot in middle and deliver till its end. About actors, my only reason to start with this show inspite of being an EK show was these two. I have followed Iqbal shows mostly but he has surprised me here, he uses his experince to portray his skill in each episode. Mona is always a natural but I am waiting for her portrayal post the revelation.

I cant tell you how much I wish that EK and her story writers won't destroy this beautiful concept or plot. Just praying that this should be a finite series and by finite I mean not more than 80 episodes. If plot demands it can stretch to a 100 maximum. Fingers crossed.

Iqbal has always been great with his character potraying. Mona is a bit more bubbly than the character demands but it feels real nevertheless. I also love the side characters which is interesting thing because I usually don't. I love Trisha, badi mummy and sid. Real real characters.

Have you seen the press meet of Ek for Pkhjd? She mentioned that its an event based series (whtever that means though)
And thus the show would be on air for finite duration . She also said that the duration was actually planned from 15th august to 26th jan. So I am hoping she keeps the essence track and spare us the torture. 😆
I am already very much intrigrued by the character sketches. But unfortunately dont like any of the side characters, they dont have any track of their own, baggage kind except Trisha bilal. But pushtie surely steals the show in comic scenes.

Yes about the side characters i feel they blend in pretty well. You just feel happy seeing the whole family together caring for each other and not back bitching or planning or plotting. It brings a different essence to the show.

Lets see whats in store, 26th jan is already marked as d-day , I guess it will take a turn from that point and reach its culmination. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Hope so. Now that Rizwan has decided to live ishaan's life to it's fullest for 2 months we are gonna get some romance. 😉

Loving Ishaan and Rizwaan... and beautiful chemistry of Mona n Iqbal... I tooo really hope this is a finite series
