Ek Haseena Thi, Pyaar Ka Dard and Veera to go off-air?...

Star Plus has 3 new shows in the pipeline and to make way for these new shows the channel is planning to axe some of its current shows. We heard, Cinevistaas' Ek Haseena Thi, Yash Patnaik's Veer Ki Ardaas..Veera and Rajshri Productions' Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara might go off air in the near future.

According to our reliable sources, "Star Plus is coming up with three new shows, Ashutosh Gowarikar's Everest, Nikhattu of Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions and Rajan Shahi's Tumhare Sheher Mein. The channel needs 3 vacant time slots for these new shows and will soon decide to pull the plug on Pyaar Ka Dard, Ek Haseena Thi and Veera."

Gowariker's ambitious project Everest, which was supposed to go on air in April will see the day light in November and most probably replace Pyaar Ka Dard or Ek Haseena Thi.

Rajshri Productions' contract with Star Plus for Pyar Ka Dard will end in November, so there are chances that it will wind up to make a way for Everest.

We reported earlier that, Veera got a new lease of life, so will it end in near in near future? Our source said, "Star Plus has given extension of 1 year, but that doesn't mean Veera is safe for next 1 year. The channel has full rights to end the show by giving 1 months' notice period to the production house."

As of now the future of Ek Haseena Thi and Veera is unpredictable, they might be replaced by Tumhare Sheher Mein and Nikhattu in coming months.

I just don't understand why is SP behind only PKDH not other shows which are giving lower ratings.

PKDH always maintained its postion in Top 5,still they want to axe this good show.PKDH is ignored by SP.

SP is always biased and more unfair only to PKDH,proved at many occasions. There are other shows which are long running and main important thing is SP supporting those shows.

Please don't axe PKDH and we love to watch this show for long time and it deserves to stay.

Syar plus is just so mean!!!! Pkdh is one of the best shows on tv and also is among the top ten shows in trp then WHY??,
SP is giving extra preference to only that ekta show..and promoting it like anything..and making yrkkh and sns crap run for decades and planning to end a good show like pkdh??? Why??????

They should take yrk , sns, suhani, ipk etc off air and not pkdh!!!!!
