in precap they showed varun telling aneesha vikram's truth but showed only her back laying in the chair and varun was talking and they never showed nani's reaction ...DID VIKRAM KILLED HER ???

No no no...omg u scared me...
I don't think Vikram could have killed her!!!! Although he was aying he has to do something abt her...
this cant be possible. the CVs wouldn't show this kind of shock I'm sure. I think it somebody else, maybe Pankhuri, who is in the chair instead of Aneesha nani, and Varun doesn't know this so that's why her face is not visible...
