FF: Rectifying Mistakes - Ch2 on Pg2

Hi guys couldn't find an ff about Adi and Pankhuri so I decided to write one. Here goes.

Ch1

Adi rushed to Avantika.

"Mum, who's in hospital? I got a call saying one of my family member is in hospital. Who is it? What happened?" A frantic Adi questioned.

"Adi, pankhuri-" before she could finish off he rushed to the reception inside the hospital.

"What room no. is Pankhuri Kumar in?" He asked with controlled low voice.

"Are you a relative?" Questioned the bored receptionist.

"I'M HER HUSBAND. JUST TELL ME WHERE SHE IS." roared Adi.

"Ward 2 room 405." Stuttered the receptionist.

Adi waited for the lift.

God dammit where is lift? 5 seconds had passed but e felt as though it was 5 decades. He strode away from the lift and the stairs two at a time. He saw nanu outside the room.

"Nanu what happened? Where is she?"

"Adi, calm down. Take a seat and I will tell you."

Adi took a seat in the corridor.

"Avantika and I were on our way to the annual meeting. On our way there the car broke down. We got out of the and rang Shanky telling he to send a car. I saw Pankhuri across the quiet road trying to get an auto. And all of a sudden we were surrounded by goons. When a goon was about to hit me Pankhuri rushed across the road and stood in front of me. She suffered from a blow on her head and her arm. She was unconscious by the time a passerby called the police and the ambulance. One of the goons was caught by he cops and taken into custody."

" Nanu she's ok though isn't she?" The vulnerable child in Adi spoke out.

Thanks for starting an FF! This was amazing I loved the angry and restless Adi! When he shouted "I am her HUSBAND" you have shown a great portrayal of emotions from Adi and the rest of the characters! I also liked how you have kept the real Adi in your FF! 😳 😃 The anger but then the child like Adi "Will she be okay?!" asking Nana for reassurance! 😳 😃 This was definatly an amazing update! 👏 Please continue! Hope to see Chapter 2 soon! 😃

Chapter 2


" Nanu she's ok though isn't she?" The vulnerable child in Adi spoke out.

"Adi, the doctor said she's very critical." Avantika just went to get a update.

Avantika walked towards them. Something was off. Her eyes looked slightly red, her face very pale and she walked towards them as though she was in a trance.

"Mum, what did the doctor Adi?" Adi said rushing towards her followed by Purshottam.

Avantika stood there her lips not uttering a word, facing her son.

"Mum tell me what the doctor said." He paused. "Mum why aren't you telling me what the doctor said? " He took a step back.

"Mum what's happened to her?" Avantika stood there not moving

"MUM TELL ME WHAT THE DOCTOR SAID. TELL ME THAT PANKHURI ALRIGHT AND NOTHING'S HAPPENED TO HER. PLEASE MUM ..." He shouted. "...please." He whispered.

A lone tear escaped and rolled down his face.

"No" he whispered to himself wiping his face.

Adi walked over to his grandfather.

"Nanu."

Purshotttan touched Adi's shoulder calming him slightly.

"Adi. Calm down." He turned to speak to his daughter. "Avantika what did the doctor say. Speak." He order calmly yet with power.

"Dad, Pankhu has gone into a coma."

"NO." Adi roared. "NO. YOUR LYING. YOU JUST DIDN'T WANT ME AND PANKHURI TOGETHER. THAT'S OBVIOUSLY WHY YOU MADE THE "NO SEEING OR SPEAKING TO EACH OTHER IN 15 DAYS."

"Adi." Avantika said reaching out to hold his shoulder.

"NO." He shouted brushing away her hand. "LET ME FINISH, MUM. YOUR MARRIAGE WITH DAD FAILED BUT WHY WERE YOU TRYING TO MAKE MINE FOLLOW YOUR. WAS IT TO PROVE TO YOU THAT IM YOUR SON BECAUSE I FAILED IN MY MARRIAGE TO. BECAUSE OF YOU, JUST BECAUSE OF YOU SHE'S IN A COMA BECAUSE OF YOUR CONDITION. THE CONDITION THY I SHOULDNT HAVE AGREED TO. WHAT WAS PANKHURI DOING THERE? SHE WAS TRYING TO PROTECT YOU AND NANU BUT I WAS THE ONE WHO WAS MEANT TO PROTECT HER. NANU AND PREETI MAASI BOTH THOUGHT PANKHURI WAS THE PERFECT DAUGHTER-IN-LAW BUT YOU ALWAY THOUGHT THE WORST. WERE YOU SO INSECURE ABOUT SHARING YOUR SON." He paused for a moment. He sadly smiled at his mother with his tear-stricken face. "It not your fault, mum. There's only on person to blame and you know who that is? Me, just me. I wasn't there like I always promised her."

"Where's butterfly?" Harish panted as he just came to a stop in front of them.

"She's in a coma Harish."

He walked towards Adi.

"Romeo." Harish whispered.

All of a sudden he was engulfed in a hug.

"Dad it all my fault. It all my fault." Adi whimpered. "All my fault."

Purshottam and Avantika stood in front of them their face drenched in tears watching their son and grandson broken more than he was when Anvantika and Harish separated.

Adi moved back from the hug.

"Nanu where is she? I want I see her."
