Imo she was also put off of the drama, I mean Vivian was no A Lister at the time but his behaviour after beginning to date Lady VD was insane! Kitna bashing hota tha forum pe! So a bunch of youngsters who weren't even big names were creating so much drama, and a huge producer like Ekta couldn't fire them or shut down the show because the audience was much more powerful 🤣 Now you get it why she distanced herself from the show 🤣

@bold: No idea, but Ekta was genuinely involved in the making of the show. The mood set form episode one had a lot to do with her. There was a video I had posted few days ago, a ViSu interview and the interviewer asked both of them what's their favourite line...so Vivian said his was "A kind of a man you'll never get" (Abhay to Piya after the Romeo audition fiasco). He said that it was Ekta who came up with that line...so I can only imagine the involvement she's had in the show...there was a lot of hardwork since the target audience used to watch Twilight and TVD.

So if she wants to then she can revive it!

Just a random post here, if PKYEK season 2 happens then this is what the actors will look like...and imo they're still freaking awesome!

Damn!! This means Pkyek left many broken hearts in its wake... The whole team faced more than we can imagine. Maybe that's the reason no one from pkyek is talking much about pkyek. Avoiding maybe?

I really doubt then Ekta will make season 2. She don't even talk about it as far I know.
