ABHAY'S POV
She got up and held my hand ,I was startled. She made me sit beside her and made me wear the shirt!
All this while I was lost in her and as soon as she finished making me wear the shirt she started buttoning it.
I was still looking at her and was completely zoned out.
She clicked his fingers in front of my face and asked,"what??? I don't want u to die in cold "
I nodded oblivious of what she said.
Then hoping against the hope I asked
" why?"
She got so close to me that I could only see her and nothing else.
She moved closer and I closed my eyes and the next moment I found her screaming into my ears " CAUSE I DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO BLAME ME FOR YOUR DEATH "
I press my hands against my ears and she burst out into laughter.
After some time
PIYA'S POV
"So, we are gonna spend the next hours of our life together.. how would you like to spend it?" he asked after a few moments of awkward silence.
I turns to look at him confusingly trying to understand what he meant.
"I meant do you wanna spend it in silence or have some fun while getting to know each other?" he cleared it to me.
"Well, looking at you I know it will not be spent in silence." I smirked.
"Correct! So, let's start with our names?" he asked excitedly.
"Names? I thought you already gave me one! What was that..." I think.
"Senorita" he said.
"Yes that!" I retorted sarcastically.
"Okay, Senorita as you wish!" he said.
"What about you?" I asked.
"Really you think I will tell you my name now?" he asked raising his eyebrows.
Suddenly he's phone buzzes and he picks it up instantly,
"Brother!! What happened?" he said.
I looked other side pretending not be intrigued with his phone call but my ears were wide open.
"Yeaa change of plans!! I may reach a bit later than I anticipated!! Don't worry Bro, you know na when Abhay is there you need not worry?" he said playfully.
"Yea, where were we?" he asked looking at me and I was grinning.
"So, Abhay why are you visiting Dehradun? Vacation?" I asked.
"Ahh.. you heard my name!! Shit!! Anyway, my family lives in Dehradun, I am visiting them this summer!" he said with a smile on his face.
"Wow. That's nice. Same here!" I lied.
"Same pinch!!" he pinches me lightly in my arms.
"What!! Who does that? Are you a kid?" I giggled.
ABHAY'S POV
"Where is it written that only a kid can do that!" I said happily watching her giggle.
It was the best sound that I had ever heard. I was smitten by her laugh as I stared at her beautiful smile.
Suddenly it started raining...
" GOD kyu mere love life me haddi ban rahe ho" I shook my head cursing the all mighty for spoiling this beautiful moment.
" O God it's raining come let's find some shelter "she said pulling my hand.
After covering some distance I spotted an old farm house.
" An farm house in the middle of jungle isn't it strange... Um..what if there's some ghost... "I thought.
No way I'm don't want to be their dinner, I think its better to leave this haunted place ASAP.
" Um...I think here is nothing...we should search in other direction..." I started only to be cut off by her.
" R u blind or what?? Can't u see that huge farm house there" she said pointing towards that haunted house.
O god what should I do now... I don't want to die due to heart attack... n I can't admit that I m scared cause I don't want to make myself fool in front her.
" Um...senorita... Um...actually... I think...we shouldn't go there...um see its too old...uh what if it break down the moment we enter.." Phew!!! With much difficulty I said.
She started at me for full one minute.
" don't tell me you're scared of ghosts" she said smirking at me.
" what??...n...no...no...I'm not scared of ghosts.. who told u that???" I stammered.
" your face!!!!.." She said pointing towards my face.
" you are thinking to much girl its nothing like that..." I tried to defend myself.
"O really????... Then what are you waiting for, come with me.." She said pulling me towards that house.
And having no other option, I let her pull me.
"Will you hurry up and stop walking like a tortoise!! " she yelled at me and I glare at her.
At last we reached the front door of the house, it was locked.
I sighed in relief and said " wow its locked..now let's go from here"
She gave a Are - you- crazy look to me.
Then she pick up a stone and hit it hard on the lock.
Then next moment that lock break and she smirk at me.
" Now open it!!!" She ordered me.
I gave a why - me look to her , but she glared at me in return.
PIYA'S POV
He pushes it, but it doesn't open.
"Abh isko kya hogaya!" he whispered and pushes it a bit harder but still it doesn't open.
I comes to the door and gives a slight push with my hand, he starts laughing loudly.
"Have you seen my muscles?" - he shows his arms to her - "Stop embarrassing yourself by trying to open the door!" he continued.
"Really!! Itna hai toh khol ke dikhao!" I said angrily and takes a step back.
"I am trying to do that only!" he said, frustrated as the door was still stuck.
He takes two - three steps back and runs against the door to open it. The door flew open while he loses his balance, and he falls down on the ground.
I runs to the entrance and sees him on the floor, struggling to get up.
I breaks down into hysterical laughter.
"Will you help me up?" he asked irritated.
I gave him my hand, and pulls him up. As we balance our self up, our eyes get locked onto each other.
We were still holding each other's hands and were standing close.
Suddenly I got distracted when I sees that blood was coming out from his arms, and shrieks,
"OMG. You're hurt!"
"What?" he said still in trance and looks at his arms.
He screams aloud, "Oh no oh no..blood!! I.. I... please take it away!" he said closing his eyes.
"It is your hand! How will I take it away?" I said in between my giggles.
I stops giggling and looks at him, he was genuinely terrified and shaking.
ABHAY'S POV
I was shaking and I felt my hands going numb as I look at the BLOOD.
All I cud think of was that day.
I closed my eyes and a body fully covered in blood came into my mind.
PIYA'S POV.
"Nooo..."his eyes shoot open.
Now I really got worried.
" Abhay.." I shouted.
I held his hands making an effort to calm him down and start rubbing his hands.
"Abhay shhh..."I tried to comfort him and makes him sit on an old sofa which was kept there.
" All my fault. It was all my fault. It was all my fault." He cried.
