Chapter 10
Piya was feeling dizzy but she manage to walk somehow.
Abhay came out of his room. He was going towards stairs when he was shocked to see Piya stumbling on stairs. He realized from her body language that she may faint any time
Abhay rushed towards her.
"Piya" he screamed
Piya hold her forehead as her visions blur. She missed the steps and felt herself falling until she feel his arms around her waist. She looked at him from her half open eyes.
"Abhay"she whispered weakly
Abhay took her in arms. Haseena and Armaan has also reached by then. Abhay lied Piya on sofa.
"What happened to her?" Armaan and Haseena asked
"I..I don't know I think she faint" Abhay said he was extremely worried for Piya
He filled a glass with juice and make Piya drink in her half consciousness. She too drank it readily from his hand.
Haseena sat beside Piya while Armaan stood beside, Abhay was on his knees beside Piya.
"Piya" Haseena called as Piya opened her eyes slowly
"Am...Am Fine" Piya replied
"What fine huh? Yesterday you vomited and was looking so weak now you fainted and was going to fall from stairs thank God I reached else I can't even imagine what would've happened damn it!" Abhay was worried and scared for Piya " Mom you should take her for check up she badly needs it" Abhay turns towards Haseena
"You are right! We'll go right away" Haseena agreed
Armaan too agreed so Piya had no choice even after when she didn't wanted to she has to go also she didn't wanted to stand against Abhay she wanted to tell him not to worry and if it was the only way she was ready for it.
Piya entered the clinic with Haseena. She looked around watching different pictures pasted on wall. She didn't realize when they entered doctor cabin.
"Doctor she is not feeling well lot of weakness, yesterday she vomit and today fainted" Haseena informed
Doctor nodded and took Piya behind curtain for her check up. Haseena sat waiting impatiently.
Doctor came back with Piya. They sat on their respective seats.
"Is everything fine doctor?" Haseena asked whether
"Congratulations she is pregnant" doctor smile
Haseena was on cloud nine hearing this while Piya sat frozen.
Armaan looked at Piya with wide eyes. He fisted his hands. After Haseena move away, Armaan hold Piya hand who was standing scared already and dragged her in his room. Armaan locked the door.
Abhay heared it all from upstairs. He was shocked himself. He ran behind Armaan seeing his anger but Armaan locked the door so he stood outside helplessly.
"What is this Piya? What have you done? And why? I gave you freedom everything when I said I love someone else and you are free in your life I didn't said that you'll do this type of thing! If you love someone why didn't you told me that day I would've freed you completely but no you have to backstab me. What did you thought I'll give my name to someone else's child? Who is the father of this child?" Armaan shouted
Piya stood silently. She didn't dare to look at him.
"I'm asking you something who is the father of the child?" Armaan gritted holding her from shoulders and shaking her
Piya pushed away his hands from her shoulders with full strength and looked at him.
"You are forgetting am pregnant and you cannot manhandle me like this." Piya looked at him sternly
Piya was in shock till now but now she was back in her senses and she was ready to fight for her baby and protect him.
"Armaan I know I should've told you but when I married you I didn't love anyone I met him after our marriage and I didn't knew when I fall in love with him all of this was sudden I know I commit a mistake but it was a Beautiful Mistake that I don't regret" Piya smiled remembering her moments with him
Armaan shook his head - "I don't want to listen anything you are saying you don't regret anything obviously why would you because everything is on my family, tell me who is the father of your child?"
"I'll never tell you... never ever" Piya replied
Armaan got angry hearing this. It was the matter of his family and his family reputation. He couldn't bear the betrayal. He shouted trying to know the truth but Piya didn't reply she stood silently. Armaan was distressed. On getting no response he moved out of the room.
Abhay was standing outside the room waiting for Armaan to open the door. He saw Armaan rushing out.
"Bhai..." He called
Armaan stopped - "Am not in mood Abhay" he fumed
"Bhai am the father of child" Abhay said
Armaan turned and looked at him shocked. He was frozen by what Abhay said. His steps stumbled and he almost fall down.
"Bhai" Abhay said softly after a moment of silence
Armaan looked at him blankly. Armaan closed his eyes gulping the lump formed in his throat. He tried to compose himself. He stood straight and looked at Abhay. He hold Abhay hand and walked inside the room.
Piya was shocked to see Armaan entering with Abhay. She looked at Abhay for answers.
Armaan locked the door and turned towards the two.
"Abhay why didn't You told me?" Armaan asked with hurt
"I'm sorry bhai but it's the truth we both love each other a lot and...this baby is mine" Abhay looked at him
Armaan became silent. He stood thinking something.
Piya looked at Abhay worryingly. Abhay gave her a assuring nod.
Armaan looked at Abhay.
"Abhay..." Armaan started "promise me...promise me that you will take care of my daughter my Aru promise me" Armaan looked at Abhay
Abhay was confused but nodded "I promise!"
"And...and you will not tell anyone that this baby yours if everyone think am the father let them think but you will not tell anyone about child paternity promise me" Armaan looked at him with hope
Abhay looked at Piya and then at Armaan.
"Ok I promise but bro why are you saying all this? Are...are you going somewhere?" Abhay asked
"Yes!" Armaan said and without any further explanation he rushed out
Abhay and Piya looked at each other.
"Everything will be fine don't worry. You should take rest" Abhay touched Piya shoulder
Piya nodded.
Next day Raichand received a call that informed them about the major accident of Armaan Raichand and his critical condition. Raichand rushed for hospital but it was too late Armaan died.
It was the saddest moment in Raichand's life that shook them a lot.
Haseena was sitting in hall when she saw Abhay coming with Piya. Abhay was holding Piya from shoulders for support as they walked downstairs.
Abhay helped Piya as she sat on chair. Abhay sat beside him on chair and feed her food.
Haseena sat thinking looking at two.
Arushi came towards Abhay and Piya.
"Daddy you are taking care of mumma?" Arushi asked innocently
Abhay smiled hearing her.
"Daddy am missing papa a lot he never went far for so many days it has been month now" Arushi eyes filled up with tears
Abhay's smile vanished, he looked at Piya who looked down.
"He...he will come soon till then you and your mumma is my responsibility! Come I'll feed you too" Abhay voice was heavy, he took her in lap and wipes his tears without anyone notice
Haseena watched this with heavy heart. She felt her eyes filling up with tears. After Armaan died everything died in Raichand mansion, the talks, the echoing laughters and teasing died somewhere. Armaan death was a shock that freezes their life.
Months later
Piya smiled with love shining in her eyes as she looked at her new born daughter. Tears of happiness filled in her eyes as she touched her baby face. She looked at Abhay who too looked at her with love and smile. He nodded as she parted her lips to say something like he read her unspoken words.
Haseena watched Abhay and Piya with baby from outside the ward through small window.
"Abhay" Haseena called as Abhay came out of the ward
"Yes mom" Abhay looked at her
"Abhay I...I wanted to talk with you" Haseena hesitated
Abhay nodded gesturing her to go on.
"Abhay I want that you marry...Piya" Haseena said after a moment of hesitation
Before Abhay could say anything Haseena explained hastily.
"Look Abhay she is too young to spend her life as widow you should also get married now it's your age so it will be better if you both get married or else it will be complicated if Piya marry someone else Arushi and now this new baby girl they both need a father and you will be the best father for them. "
Abhay looked at Haseena. This is what he wanted. Marriage with Piya. But Armaan death has just disturbed them a lot and somewhere he was not ready for this after what happened he needed time.
"Please Abhay please agree they are your responsibility right? For them please! if you'll agree then I'll talk with Piya too" Haseena said
Abhay thought for sometime.
"Okay! I'll talk with Piya myself and will let you know" Abhay said
Haseena was glad. Things were setting again.
Abhay enter the ward and looked at Piya. He sat beside Piya.
"Mom want that we both marry each other." Abhay looked at her to see her reaction
Piya watched him with shock.
"I think it's time we get out of this, our baby needs us" Abhay added after getting no reply from Piya
"But Abhay... Armaan! We lost him due to our love" Piya cried
Abhay closed his eyes as tears fall from his eyes.
"He gave away his life for us" Piya cried
"No! My brother was not weak to suicide it...it was just an accident" Abhay said trying to control his pain
It was the first time after Armaan death they were discussing about his death or something. After Armaan death they felt really guilty and couldn't come out of the trauma so they wouldn't talk much or discuss something.
"We have to move on I knew my brother cannot suicide it was just fate but even if he did then it was for us so it's our responsibility not to waste his sacrifice and give our both kids the love they deserve" Abhay said
Piya nodded with tears.
Abhay wiped her tears.
"I think it's biggest risk to marry you... see you trouble me alot I don't want my head to eat ice cream and that I have a dinner full of spices" Abhay teases
Piya chuckled through tears Abhay too laughed after months of sadness
"I love you" Piya confessed
"I love you too" Abhay kissed her hand
They looked into each other eyes with love. Abhay took his daughter in his arms and looked at Piya. They hugged the baby together.

I have three to four new stories that am writing too but I will post them once they are completed so till then am taking break from stories.
Yeah I will post the epilogue for this story it might be short but a treat maybe I will post it in sometime or some days later.
