He jumped on Maithli with all his strengths shouting, "I knew it you traitor. What are you doing with me?" Maithali's connection broke with the fire and the spells stop working on Jeh. She's not a witch afterall, she just grabbed some powers from a black witch so Metz wasn't that competent. Jeh was stronger then Metz but her fangs instantly came out and her eyes changed color. Metz threw Jeh in the air from her with all her strength. Jeh transformed into his wolf form within seconds and attacked on her. Metz fell on the ground with Jeh on top of her and tried to stop the wolf Jeh from sinking his teeth into her and she was trying to bite the wolf as well. When Abhay reached the spot, he saw one wolf and another woman in black rolling from one sided to another with super-speed which was almost impossible to see who was attacking whom. Both hit a tree and the tree fell and the figures went on fighting. Abhay saw Piya lying on the ground and quickly took her in his arms. He saw blood on her forehead but it was no time to investigate it right now. He ran away from the place faster than wind and hide Piya near a huge bush when he heard wolf howls.. not one but many. "Shit Jeh has got backup."

Abhay called Piya again and again pleading, touching her facing lovingly, "Piya...Piya.. are you alright? Please open your eyes Piya. I swear I will never leave you alone from now. But please open your eyes and tell me you are ok..please Piya."

Piya slowly muttered, with closed eyes, "Abhay, I can remember everything."

Abhay was shocked to hear that, "What?"

But for now the shock gone to pause as he heard a wolf growling just behind them!! He looked behind and another wolf was growling at them, all ready to attack. Without wasting a moment Abhay covered Piya behind him and came into his vampire form. The she-wolf and Abhay jumped at each other almost at the same time. She was strong and all ready to rip Abhay's neck but not enough to take Abhay down. Abhay tried to bite her but she jumped at the last moment. Abhay's fangs brushed her hairy shoulders. She growled higher and set her target again: Piya. Piya was watching the fight with apprehension, dreading something would happen to Abhay. The wolf once again tried to attack on Piya but this time Abhay screamed, NOOO and threw her far away. The wolf hit a tree and a fell down, coming back to her human form and Abhay saw it was Dipannita. He quickly concentrated on Piya, "Piya, you need to get out of here. Right now. You are not safe here."

Piya jerked his hands from her shoulders, "Absolutely not Abhay. I'm not going anywhere leaving you in danger. You and I have a lot of sort out. How dare you lied to me last night yet again. You have to answer why you played with my memories. As much as I love you, I can't forgive you for erasing my memories. You gotta answer that to me."

Abhay felt helpless, he never thought this day would come to his life and unable to answer he desperately said, "Piya, Maithli is here. I'm leaving Dehradun with her. I don't love you anymore."

Piya slapped Abhay hard on his face, leaving him stunned. Her eyes tear stricken, "Again you are lying? You said you would never leave me just minutes ago when I was half conscious. I heard that. Abhay Raichand, Don't you dare play your heart games with me anymore. I swear if you even try to leave me I will kill myself."

Knowing Piya for long Abhay knew, she could easily take this attempt and right now, the ball was in her court and he was in no situation for further negotiation. He wiped her tears gently with his hands and said, "I promise I would never leave you Piya but don't ever say that you would kill yourself. Do you know what that would do to me?"

Piya started melting with his lovedrunk voice, his gentle touch on her cheek, "Say that you love me Abhay and you would never leave me..again?"

"Woww...Woww..wowww!! Miss unwanted woke up finally ha and my darling Abhayendra, bolona how much do you LOVE her?" said Maithli in gritted teeth. Piya hugged Abhay tighter, scared to see a fang dangling, blue eyed Maithli.. her cloths ripped here and there, and beautiful silky hair looking like a hay-stack. Signs of attending a vicious fight were visible all over her body. Abhay protectively put his arms around Piya, snarling at Maithli, "Don't you even dare touch her Maithli. Let her go. I will do whatever you say."

Piya shouted, "No Abhay. I won't let you go with her."

Maithli laughed, "Abhayendra is mine. You can't take my place you human. You can have the wolf... your another admirer Jeh, if he is alive."

Piya shouted again, 'what Jeh? Wolf?"

Maithli laughed harder, "You are one unique piece. 1^st vampire then werewolf, Next it should be someone from Mars, you stupid girl."

Abhay shouted, "Shut up Maithli. You betrayed me. What are the wolves doing here? You and Jeh are working together? How could you?"

"Really? Like you didn't? You planned to move Piya from here so that you can deal with me? And that dog Jeh betrayed me as well; I didn't know there would be other wolves. Good he's dead probably."

Another voice screamed in full power, "Abhay Raichand.. this is all because of you. I will kill you. "First Gaurav now my other son." Wounded Dipannita transformed into a wolf and attacked Abhay. Abhay wasn't ready this time, he fell and Piya fell as well and her head hit a stone. Dipannita and Abhay engaged into a nasty fight and Maithli knew this is the right time she would kill Piya. An injured Piya tried to get up and Maithli lurched on her with her fangs. Nevertheless, she was thrown into the air from behind. A blood covered, wounded Jeh shouted, "I told you leech. If you try to harm Piya. I will kill both of you bloodsucker leeches!!" Piya darted her eyes to Abhay and saw he was now fighting with two wolves, "Jeh..Jeh stop the wolves, they will kill Abhay. If you really love me, you will stop this fight. Please Jeh.. I can't live without Abhay." Jeh looked at Piya, hurt.. the physical wounds are much painful then what Piya just said, she choose Abhay!!

Before he could say anything, they heard a heart-trembling scream and saw Abhay has killed both the wolves. Jeh yelled, "Mommm.. Abhay I will kill you." He picked a broken wooden branch to stake Abhay and ran towards him. Abhay was already weak with wolf's attacks but with all his strength he grabbed Jeh's wrist to stop him from staking him with the wooden branch. Jeh was as powerful as he was. He sinks his teeth into Jeh's hand and he screamed like a wild animal. Piya shouted, "Please stop both of you. Please don't kill each other."

Jeh fell on the ground and Abhay quickly moved towards Piya, "you need to go from here. Right now"

Then many things happened at a time, Piya and Abhay both heard a muffled scream and it lasted into, "Abhayendra..."

Abhay looked behind and was shocked to see Jeh was trying to attack him from behind and Maithli came into the way. The wooden stake has gone straight through her heart and she was falling on the ground. As Maithli fell choking to death, Abhay tried to rip Jeh's heart out of the chest but Piya stopped him yet again, "Stop it both of you. Jeh if you ever love me. If you wanna the meaning of love then go from here right now. So that I can have the same respect and feelings intact I have for you. Look what your animosity have done to all of us. If you wanna kill Abhay, then kill me first cause without Abhay I'm as good as dead and Abhay, he just saved me from maithli. She was going to kill me. If you love me then leave him. PLEASE. Abhay..she's dying. Dying, saving you. Come here."

Jeh and Abhay both leave their hands of each other, unwillingly, still shooting daggers through eyes but somehow Piya's words have touched them both. Jeh took Dipannita's deadbody and ran from that place. He might get into the killing spree again if he stays there. Abhay sat beside Maithli, her body was getting blue and chalk like slowly.

Maithli touched Abhay's face with her trembling hand, "see Abhayendra, if I can take lives for you. I can also give-up my life for you. No one can love you more then me. You are mine. Not in this life but some other life maybe. Till then I will give company to Siddarth. He loved me till death. Abhayendra is Maithli's..." and her hand fell from Abhay's cheek.

Abhay was feeling numb. He wanted to get rid of her for sure, but he didn't want her to go like this, while saving her. He never wanted this. Piya sat there, motionless. She never wanted this either. She knews Maithli would have killer her by now but she died valiantly saving and proving her love for once. Abhay touched Maithli's face for one last time and stood up, holding Piya. "Can you walk?" Piya didn't answer but hugged him tightly. They finally surrended into each other's arms not saying a word. They needed it.. The two soul mates finally found each other's way back. Abhay took Piya in his arms and started walking. 'where are we going?" Piya asked Abhay innocently while clinging to him, her head resting on Abhay's shoulder. "Somewhere we should be.." Abhay answered and walked leaving every obstacle of their epic love story behind. Someone has said it right:

"Love is stronger than death even though it can't stop death from happening, but no matter how hard death tries it can't separate people from love. It can't take away our memories either. In the end, life is stronger than death."
