it might b pia tells arnab that a guy saved her his teeth was out... so arnab thought it is sid as vampire...rem... when abhay was showing his fangs pia saw him...

Jay was in no mood to meedle with Piya just then and besyds he is a werewolf and not a vampire. Arnab must be blind but not that much that he cannot even make out the difference between wearwolf marks and Piyas. I think its the same mark that is still there which is left as a scar on Piya the first time she was bitten. I know it seems reidiculouc but thats the only possible derivation i can make right now.😕
