What I am going to say here may sound rather harsh , insensitive and cold but its important and just a small effort to stop fans from hurting their own feelings , hurting each-other and believing in things and people who are not even real.
Hmm..now finally to your post..every word that you've said is true. its not really harsh..but truly its an eye opener for most of us (i hope at least after this i could get a control over myself!!😕) yeah many of us hurt ourselves and our friends who are very much real for these fans who just exist just as a character they play in a show which works on THE IDIOT BOX!!!

What drew you all to PKYEK or for that matter what draws your more to any book or any show? THE CHARACTERS. Each fan here has loved Abhay , Piya, Misha, Kabir, Pancchi, Sid, Raichands , Ruhi, Angad. The fictitious characters they meet everyday for 22 minutes . Vivian, Sukirti , Priya, Vishaal, Siddhant, Vahbizz ' they all come much later. In the language of art & culture , they are just 'artists' who give flesh and blood to characters that are bigger than them . They are employees doing a 9am to 10pm job or a 2am to 2pm job on a salary.
its true that its Abhay, Piya etc are the reason behind all of us going nuts for this show, but don't you think for a childish 15 year old, who doesn't even sound like a 15 year old and a person who lives in a fantasy world its impossible to understand these facts what you've mentioned!!😵

All these bunch of people have no connection to you 'infact , if you look at the overall picture , they don't even exist for you ' they are not a part of your real life.

The only connection that these actors have to us is through the CHARACTERS they play. Their job is to entertain you , look good, act good, take the pay cheque and just go home. Fandom is just an additional perk of this show business. We, as an audience , have a connection to what is real to us ' the characters we fall in love with ' often mixing the reel sweetheart with the fallible human-being playing it.
We crossover from the character to the actor who is just a regular guy/girl doing their job . And in most of the cases , they disappoint the fandom by falling short of the standards that the fandom has set for them. Even more disappointing , is often the harsh reality that your 'star' is perhaps , merely stardust. But we don't see their faults ' we don't believe their faults ' we find comfort in the delusion that the actor really is as larger-than-life as the character he/she portrays. The fact is ' THEY ARE NOT.

You want to be a fan? Please, be. But not of the actor who becomes another person as soon as the camera rolls and the director says 'action'. It's the character you love and for you ' THE CHARACTER IS THE ONLY REAL THING. Rest is neither your world nor your business.
Don't feel bad when the actors you love let you down and turn out to be lesser heroes or even lesser human beings . Don't fall in love with them just because they look adorable, give great interviews and tell you how much they love you. Don't judge them when they look like dwarfs in comparison to the larger-than-life characters they portray. Don't hate them when they are totally different people in the dark. If you want to do anything , applaud their skill as an ARTIST. That's it and that is how it is meant to be.
yes i do wanna be a fan, but i really adore them in both ways. On screen as well as of screen!!😔

It doesn't matter to your existence how viscose Vivian's romantic history is or what kind of a human being he is. It makes no difference to the show that you love whether the cast members hang out together or not. It is none of your concern why Vishal and Tabrez only 'visit' the show. How should it bother you how Vahbiz handles her relationships or her life? Your life is too important to waste playing tic-tac-toe thinking what Vivian and Sukirti's equation is. You have better things to do than wonder about why the cast doesn't get any pictures clicked together anymore. Its not for you to think that why is Priya Wal staying in a show where her talent is being wasted. You should just shrug it off with a 'Siddhant' grin.

see i know it doesn't make any difference to them(actors) but it does make a difference to us fans! All we ppl wanted was a joint interview of the lead pair WHICH CREATES TRUE MAGIC WHEN TOGETHER ON SCREEN!!
that's all we hell don't have any interest on how Vivi feels for Vahbbiz or what is her wish list if she goes on a holiday with him..
All we wanted was equal attention to be given to the whole team of PKYEK which is somewhere down the line getting sidelined because of the overdose of PDA shown to us!!
we wanted media attention to be given to each of the member's of the cast eg. todays SBS segment..it rocked!!😊
and i truly agree that Priya is a Fab actor and she is just wasting her talent being in this show!!

I just request you to avoid actor-posts , avoid camping for these artists and not hurt the REAL each-other for them. This forum, the friendships that you have , the laughter that you share , the thoughts you exchange are a million times more REAL than all these Vivians, Sukirtis , Vahbizzs and Siddhants.
agreed! but sometimes you need to remove your frustration!
like we too are humans and there's surely a limit to what you can handle!

If it was possible, I would say that we should just stop discussing artists on the forum and stop giving them all the footage and weight age that fandom gives . But that is neither possible nor justified , so I can only ask everyone to exercise restraint.
