• Piya would realize her love and true feelings for Abhay and would not be able to go.
• Abhay would stop her and offer her that he would go away from her forever and never return.
  
• Arnab Dobriyal would know about Piya being his daughter, clear the misunderstandings she has about him and then would stop her from going.
• Kabir would stop her and Piya would get into a Rebound Relationship with him to forget Abhay.
• Piya might get into a relationship with Abhay's Vampire Brother without knowing his true identity.

In Yesterday's Episode we saw Piya taking the decision to leave Dehradun. But think logically, where would she go if she leaves the place? She is a poor Orphan who does not have any support and survives on scholarship money. She is someone who wants to stand on her own feet. If she leaves Mount College she would be closing the doors for herself to be self sufficient and independent. So I guess it would be foolishness if she leaves the place fearing Abhay because if he wants to he can chase her to the end of the World. However, there are some other possibilities here.

Since Piya has decided to go away and sacrifice all her dreams of studying at Mount College and standing on her own 2 feet (Remember Abhay telling lie that Piya and he did not spend the night together earlier to save her from leaving the college) and hates even the sight of Abhay, I think it makes sense to assume that Abhay may opt to leave along with his Parents like they wanted. Gos and yeah another chance as you have mentioned REBOUND..thing GOD I WILL HATE THIS..but no choice ..I love ABHIYA & This show..and with due respect story aage chalna hai yaar..and its AWESOME..because PAIN & SEPERATION for a small time will MAKE LOVE EVEN MORE STRONG & UNBREAKABLE..!!
