People like me said this many times R's publicly forced marriage to M that night at mandap on fake cheating accusations with character assassination of M was NOT on mutual consent of two adults marrying out of their wish, be it in dharmic religious terms or legal terms. If not for G's custody case, M had enough rights to get that wedding nullified in courts much sooner, as its illegal invalid marriage.

Anyhow we don't know if M or R applied for divorce years back, or if Kadambari secretly already did that deed after she brought fake T into the house, without M's knowledge?

say even for a legally married couple as per google, marriage can be dissolved by decree of divorce on a petition presented either by husband or wife on non-consummation grounds, since pre-leap M before entire family & R clearly stated he NEVER had physical relation with R all the months after their marriage, so that's enough ground to dissolve that marriage years back. Also Kadambari has access to medical report which says R is mental, that's also another ground for her too to get M's marriage to R dissolved.

In SS Mandira was educated, had a proper marriage with priest Ramshwar, enjoyed full marital life with a daughter born & raised by her few years in their village home in her sasural. She left him & her daughter out of greed, ambition, selfishness, wanting to grow in career in a new city when a new rich man offered to marry Mandira without knowing her past, she jumped at offer hiding about her marriage & kid.. and never wanted her new family in Banaras to know about her Barsana past life.

Yes R is complying to her so called mother in few ways of her life choices, though she isn't evil like her.

Well,since in tv shows leads are always married-no matter the years of separation or how they got married in the first place-forced,arranged or love marriage RM must be husband-wife still. What makes R different than her mom is she's no criminal,yet,never planned to take someone life but some of her actions affected lives,including her own. If R is on a break,has to be Radhika is consequence of her moves,if Mohan can't move on,if Gungun can't forgive her is for the same-she made herself important in their lives and left them behind. Anyone able to hear properly from segment dialogues of Yug's FB scene with R in her saree & choti getup may be 7 years back scene how he first met her? Yug looked normal with R not like any mental patient under treatment neither as cynical nor depressed man..

R has no sindoor or MS in her saree FB scene, so Yug may not know about her forced wedding past with M or her life with Trivedi's as bahu?

Yug has that bts flashback-seems that R only told him about Barsana,Dad&Dadi,no mother love;when wanted to say about her love she was stopped...and she knows nothing much about his life either.
