What to do with Shiv's family. Dadi was willing to let Shiv lose his position, let both Shiv and Shakti get humiliated and Shakti get thrown out. Ragunath was emotionally blackmailing his own son to snatch his rights. Mandira, Padma, Keertan and Koyal are actively plotting against Shiv. Mandira's husband, Gayatri and Nandu don't have any say in that house. Kaise log hai yeh. Where as we have Shakti's family, who are willing to go to any length to protect their own. I feel bad for Shiv. If it was not for Shakti fighting so hard for him, that family of his would have destroyed everything he worked so hard for. I thought Dadi would never stand anything wrong happening with Shiv. But even she turned out like this. It was really disappointing.

I don't think there is anyone from Shiv's family who loves him unconditionally; may be gayatri and nandu but they can't fight for him... Only Shakti will and i am hoping her family as well..❤️

Regardless of what dadi did I don't think Mandira would have been exposed. Nurse wouldn't have taken Mandira's name in front of her. If asked in private she would have told Shiv like she was in Shiv's cabin.

Shiv really have no one in his family who will take stand for him.

@Bold- Because they are his family that's why... He has internalized gaslighting that his family does.. His family makes him feel isolated because of his condition.. He has no friends (that we know of) who can tell this to him... Victims generally are the last ones to realise psychological abuse... Shakti will make shiv realise that this behavior is wrong and make him stand up for himself.. Like how she did in the party before Shiv's dad emotionally blackmailed him.. 🤢 This is just a beginning it takes a lot of time for a victim to finally stand up for himself... Shiv did because of Shakti...

@Underlined- For shiv his grandma chose her daughter and families reputation; another sign of internalized gaslighting- making excuses...

@Italics- It's only been 50 episodes.. Mandira getting exposed is impossible at this point.. First shiv and shakti needs to get married (which Mandira will make sure happens indirectly), then probably after another 200-300 episodes she might get exposed.. Mandira is a main antagonist.. She will be last from her family to get exposed..

Spot on. Shiv has a lot of burden because of his condition and he feels responsible for his family's supposed sufferings due to that. And his family members make sure to remind him that time and again. Shakti on the other hand, makes him realize his worth and unconditionally supports him. She reminds him of all his good qualities and achievements. Where as Shiv's family sees him more or less as a burden, a problem for their image, Shakti sees him as the good doctor, good human being he is. Shiv Shakti's story will be about Shakti's dreams and Shiv overcoming his past and the two of them helping each other in this. Story has just begun. Shakti don't even know about Shiv's condition yet, his past and the effects that have on his present. It would be a long journey for these two.

Shakti's family definitely treats him better than his own and are generally good people. Even after Shiv's family insulted them, Manorama still behaved decently with him and did not spit venom like his father. Shiv, Nandu and Shakti's family will definitely gel well.
