aarti's love for yash was unconditional, she actually wants him to be happy if not with her, then with someone else, she expected nothing in return not even her own happiness and yash loved her selflessly, people tend to think of a crippled person as an outcast an alien you called it, he loved her without even thinking of the critics' from his parent or the society though Gayathri's insult was just too out-of-human andi
palak was just a little example of aarti and reminds her of her self, its a good thing palak brought them together again, "i will only hug/kiss you if you will decide to be my mommy"😭
Gayathri and her husband finally accepted aarti for who she is and what they thought wouldn't happen did happen she became the mother of twins for crying out loud
nice one loni AMAZING 👏
p.s.seriously i was about to check the dictionary for that word till i saw your note

ok let me cry in one side😭
i have a question, it may sound stupid though but it was confusing was aarti born crippled😕

sorry i will soon unres the serial and reality, i tried doing it on Thursday bit IF cleared it, it was so frustrating i just closed the page

awww thaaankuuu Them-Them 😃 sometimes you have surprising insight that is beyond your years! You've read this story so beautifully and touched on everything I wanted to show. I think this is my fav comment for this OS. Yes you are right, both loved each other selflessly and in the end that love helped them come together with Palak as their glue.

It started with a sacrificial gesture and ended with a stronger love. This was one determine man to get his love. From the moment he met her, he was under her spell. And the plan was so simple yet effective, how could she resist both Palak and Yash pleadings.

I really like the first part where you describe Aarti life and struggles. It share light to the daily effort and /or pain she go throught😕and the considerable effort she had to make everyday. So its understandable that her insecurities got the better of her , life is hard when one is handicap and she thought she was protecting him and herself from further hurt , when in reality she can't believe in their love and was waiting to wake up from the dream. So in a way she tested him by pushing him away. And she had a case with Yash parents not accepting her and in a way representing society view on handicap and the that only a healthy person is valuable. Life can be cruel. This was a also a wake up call for Yash, who naively thought their relation would be accepted but at least he saw beyond her words and that it was his turn to step up and fight for them if he truly loves her.

Gosh, I cringed at her saying "the crippled is bearing your son child", but the talk was necessary. It take time to overcome society prejudices but Yash parents manage to realize that their son happiness was more important than wanted the perfect bahu. That's said am sure they get will always looks and jugments from outsider cause life is hard.

Well done👏, on conveying handicap struggles in a very sensitive way.
ps: returning the favor on c/p,😉

thaaankuuu so much Madam Sauce 😃 I did tell you that this story is very close to my heart. I could easily imagine my baby sis as I was writing it 😭 how kids would wander off to play whilst she is stuck in her chair and cannot run around with them. Yes it is not at all easy to be handicapped and exist in a cruel society. If only everyone had a real life Yash of this story... Alas no, but in fiction we can make it happen and imagine a better world at least.

Yes Tess it was more like an rant rather than a comment 😆
That is why I said in the beginning that this won't be the comment that you must have expected.

Oh! I didn't know about your sister. No I won't feel sorry for her cause she is as normal as we all are. But I'll definitely pray that she also finds the life partner that she deserves. If not then you all are still going to be with her to love and cherish her for who she is and not for what issues she has in her life. ❤️

Yes I know that instead of commenting I merely stated what I had felt. But then what to do. I was reminded of this OS and Jhil's RKH and I came here to vent 😆

Regarding my comment...

Well Aarti was indeed lucky that she got parents who didn't give up on her and encouraged her in every way they could. But she still had to face the real world where there were people like Prashant.
On one side such people takes away the inner strength of disabled people but on the other side they end up motivating them to stand as tall as any other human being.

On one side Prashant (inadvertently) ended up making Aarti become something in her life, while on the other side she was still scared from the inside when Yash confessed his love and his desire to spend the rest of his life with her.

Yash's love for her is pure and not some pity or sympathy. If that were the case he would have helped her settle in her life in her condition and not propose to her and definitely not wait for her despite her continuous rejections.

Yes she was scared as she didn't want to ruin Yash's life. In her fear she could not see that her rejection is what was ruining his life.

The only solace they both were getting was from the sweet innocent Palak who in her own way ended up bringing together the two people who became her parents.

I would say that all three of them were broken from the inside in one way or the other. Only they could heal each other and they did when they became a complete family.

I always love such stories which has such deep and impactful meanings or messages in them.

No I don't think I'll be able to write something on this topic but you never know when my mind will end up coming with something on it.

Once again thanks for this story 🤗

well this story is probably closest to my heart of all my stories. I tried to emote as best I could what I imagine my little sister to feel whenever kids run around playing... And sadly society is never kind in such situations. I'm glad that the story got you to think and relate it to real life scenarios Alien ji. Thaaankuuu 🤗
