OMG what an episode!!!

@jyo amazing set of questions covering various issues/possibilities

@zetter once again a great picture take on the lies

@all lovely discussions - serious and funny

like you all loved bua/ishita today

few things i found weird:

1. when you know there is a snake in the car, how can you leave your husband right next to the car with the door open?? that just does not make sense...did arti think and then later radha think that the snake will stay in the car and not try and bite yash again, or did they expect the snake to slither away avoiding yash???

2. how come arti had to move away right when she started calling for ambulance leaving her husband. Would a person not stay right there and try and call from there, instead of moving away before you figure out there is network problem??

3. how come there was only yash's car in front of the dargah. With so many people visiting, should there not be more cars right there??? Or are all other people coming by foot or other means????

4. I dont understand pankaj taking a doctor and going to dargah. If arti who loved a while ago could not reach there before yash left, would it not take a long time for pankaj to reach there as well. What help would the doctor be of after so many hours????

Glad some truths came out today, wonder what more revelations are going to come out on the 18th as per the promo.

Was surprised when arti called radha "ma". Does she not call gayatri mummyji...and only shoba as ma???hmmm

I have a feeling that radha will make aarti promise not to tell the truth to anyone then whenever yash will say something abt radha aarti will speak up then aarya will have few fights over radha.May be a big fight where aarti will blunt that radha is ur mother.Yash will not accept it then after knwing abt his real identity yash will break down infront of aarti 🤔.

Thanks for the response.
You are right in that Ishita is PV's Lady Macbeth and from a storytelling POV she may use Akash to embezzle the Scindhiya wealth, property and status. That is she will murder the Scindhiyas socially and emotionall and not physically. Another thing the Scindhiyas pride in - is the family unity - that too will be killed by Lady Macbeth once she moves into the Mansion.
This was hinted at by the CVs when Akash eclipsed the sun (Sooraj) and later sat on SP's special chair.
It will be upto AarYa to salvage the Scindhiya unity, prestige, honor and wealth!!
In the end of course the Macbeths will die a guilt ridden death or beg mercy from the rest of the Scindhiyas.
It is interesting that one living lie of SP - should bring him so much ruin. And that the son born to Radha should play a pivotal role in rallying the rest of the family and be responsible in restoring the Scindhiya name to its former glory!

Today's episode was quite a fast paced one where the highlight was definitely the moment when Radha rests Yash's head on her chest and cries her heart out since this is first time she is feeling her own son so close to her heart .. What a beautiful moment it is 👏👏👏👏👏...I must say Dolly Minhas as Radha was mindblowing in that scene since she brought every single emotion of a mother longing for her son flawlessly through her eyes and body language 👏👏👏👏

Now that main mystry is out ... Lots of Questions r going to pop out which will totally change the Scindia family dynamics from here on 🤔

I think Yash being Radha's son is something we already knew since last few days and now as per precap its clear that Yash is Radha and SP's illegitimate son which means he is Mahabharat's Karan in a way 🤔...So I m now sure Akash is Gayatri-SP's son which means he is going to b Mahabharat's Arjun and the clash will b between Yash and Akash over their legitimate rights in Scindia mansion ...

What will b interesting to see is how this above truth changes the relationship dynamincs of Scindia family once everyone is aware of it ...

I think the Questions which will pop out from the above truth are as follows ... 🤔

Will Gayatri ever forgive SP after coming to know that her husband had an affair with another lady and was not totally loyal to her ??

Was SP really had an affair with this Radha lady or did Radha trap SP one night ?? 🤔

Why did Radha exchange the kids ?? Is it because she wanted Yash to get the legitimate rights of a son in Scindia family which SP declined and so in anger she decided to exchange her kid with Gayatri's kid ?? 🤔...

Is SP really aware of Radha giving birth to his kid ?? And if he was aware , then did he refuse to accept the kid or believe her words that its his kid ?? 🤔

Did SP give job to Akash as driver and even told Pankaj that this Akash guy will really prove to b talented and useful one day because SP knew that Akash is his son ?? Mayb SP is not aware that Akash is his and Gayatri's son but he assumed Akash is his and Radha's son and so gave the driver job ?? 🤔...

How will Yash and Akash both react once this truth will b out ??

How will Ishita take advantage of this big positive twist in her life ?? 😲

Whom will Yash select as his mother then ?? Gayatri or Radha ?? 😭...

Will Yash continue to stay in Scindia house even after the truth or will he prefer to leave the house with Aarti and kids along with his real mother Radha if he comes to know that SP was unfair to Radha ?? 😭

Whom will Gayatri consider her son then ?? Yash or Akash or both ??

Can Yash and Akash stay under same roof ??

Will Radha and Gayatri stay under same roof if Yash demands ??

Can Aarti solve these above complex issues and bring unity in her family after the truth is out ?? 🤔

So one big mystry which results in so many unsolved questions and these questions will make the future episodes really interesting because more than the main mystry , what will b interesting to see how this mystry changes the relationship dynamics in Scindia family and how it affects AarYa's relationship 😊

Bua-Ishita face off ... One Snake kills the other 😛

Today I saw sparks of a positive Maya bua in action during her face off with Ishita because she sees Ishita is like a poisonous snake at the moment who can simply destroy her family ... Till now Maya bua did her kitchen politics against Aarti because she hates her but Maya bua never harmed her own family whereas Ishita is someone whose hate can destroy a complete family ...

Maya bua was the negative element in this show till now but I feel Ishita is going to replace her from here onwards 😈 but Bua will b the one to counter attack Ishita since one snake only recognises and kills the poison of the other snake to protect her family 😈...

Radha : The helpless mother ...Take a Bow Dolly Minhas 👏👏👏

Today my heart went out to Radha 🤗... She selflessly loves her son and the moment she sees Yash is bitten by a snake , she wastes no time to tie part of her saree pallu first on his leg so that the poison does not spread on his body and then instantly goes to make that ayurvedic lep to apply it on his leg ... A very good presense of mind I must say 👍🏼...

Aarti was all panic driven and waiting for ambulence to arrive but Radha wastes no time to make sure Yash is out of danger ...👏👏👏... When Aarti stops Radha from applying the ayurvedic lep on Yash's leg thinking its some poison , I loved the way the actress playing Radha's role goes all the way out to convince Aarti that she can never harm her own blood 😭 ; Radha had no plans to tell the truth to Aarti because she never wanted to separate Yash from his current parents but as a mother she was helpless that time and the only way she could hv saved Yash's life is by telling the truth to Aarti that he is her son ...

Aarti being the typical hockey stick girl 😆 , went all violent and physical with Radha thinking she is trying to harm her husband , so Radha really had no other option and I really felt bad for Radha because she never planned all this ... Neither telling SP that Akash is his son was part of her plan and nor telling Aarti that Yash is her son is part of her plan either but circumstances in both cases made her helpless and the mother's heart just gave out the truth in both cases to protect both his sons ... sighhh ...

Today I did feel a bit irritated with Aarti .. I know she loves Yash a lot but sometimes I feel she gets too much involved in matters which r not so important that moment and forgets the bigger issue ... Today the bigger issue was Yash's life but she got too much involved in blasting off Radha .. I understand that Aarti felt Radha is trying to kill Yash with poison but this is presense of mind .. Why will Radha bring poison for Yash again when Yash's body is already poisoned with snake bite which will slowly spread on his entire body ?? 😊.. So Aarti should hv used her little intelligence here but its human to panic in such situations especially when u suddenly see your husband bitten by a snake and also see your husband's enemy coming with something in her hand all of a sudden 🤔... Its a lesson for Aarti though to keep her calm at times and use the basic presense of mind in such situations 😊

Coming back to Radha , for me the best moment was when Radha rests Yash's head on her chest and cries her heart out after feeling the warmth of her son close to her heart and that too after so many years 😭😭😭... Dolly Minhas as Radha was excellent there 👏👏👏.. Those emotions and pain in her eyes looked so real 👏👏👏... Thats the moment when even Aarti felt that this woman cannot lie since that pain in her eyes and the way she keeps Yash's head close to her chest , only a mother can do it 😭😭.. Thats a beautifully directed scene ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️...

Overall the episode had drama and emotions both .. Best part is CVs r maintaining a overall very good pace making sure this track can grab maximum eyeballs 👏👏👏👏... The track in terms of emotions is very strong actually because the whole Mahabharat chapter which CVs seem to b following hv different shades and so CVs hv lots to explore in this track which should work for the TRPs too

Anonee and 1Happygrl ...

Wowww me liking this comparison of Ishita and LadyMcbeth 👍🏼... I can totally see Ishita is LadyMcbeth's shoes sucking away the blood of entire Scindia family by using her own husband ... she is the real evil eye on the family and bua caught her right .. its like one snake can catch other snake easily 😉...

Once Akash gets entry in Scindia mansion , Ishita is going to hv a ball spreading poison all around and I feel she might b the happiest person once she finds out Yash is the illegitimate son of the family and not her husband

Great take JO!!!
The CVs have several tracks lined up for us now!!
Personally I will not be surprised if Akash and Ishita severely mistreat Radha when they realize that she is responsible for Yash being alive.
Aarti of course will not be able to stomach the mistreatment and being an orphan who knows the value of a parent - she will arrange for Radha's care with/without Yash's blessings. This will be Aarti's achilles heel (remember the ankle twist?) for she will be again coerced into keeping a secret - this time by Radha.
EDIT: Jo in this case Radha like Kunti brought up her son fatherless while G3 like Madri got to stay with Pandu or SP.
In effect what I am trying to say is that in PV it will be Yash who plays Arjun and is victorious against Karan played by Akash who has all the bad qualities (symbolized by different forms of wickedness) or Kaurava friends

I forgot the mention in my take that I loved the way Yash in his unconscious state takes Aarti's name today 😳😳/... its a loop closure since few months back in same dargah when Yash was unconscious after heavy floods , he was taking Arpita's name but today its only Aarti ji 😳😳

Hmm I feel Akash might understand why his mother did so because his mother always taught her never to kill anyone even if its your worst enemy ... but Ishita will b certainly pissed off with Radha for saving Yash's life

That's good spec, Fatima. IA, I think Radha make Aarti promise not to say anything. But at some point, the truth will come out. I could see the reveal playing out as a literal family event, like most of Yash and Aarti's problems. But if Yash does find out privately, then I'm interested to see how the rest of the family will find out. I'm intrigued about his initial reaction too, in terms of the questions he asks and his response to SP, Gayatri, and Radha.

Meena, feel free to call me Jac. 😳

Oh, wonderfully vivid way to put it. That's very likely what we'll see happening. She'll figuratively kill or attempt to kill the family through their wealth and status, and by instigating against their unity. We've already seen her enjoy the fights Akash has had with Yash. My guess is that this will be her bonding point with Akash and her way of exacting revenge for her humiliation.

This was hinted at by the CVs when Akash eclipsed the sun (Sooraj) and later sat on SP's special chair.

Very nice point. I actually forgot about that. But I think this may also foreshadow his downfall because he sees the surface beneifts of wealth and power of the Scindia name and family, and has no idea how to handle the responsibility of it. He's going to be on a real learning curve.

It will be upto AarYa to salvage the Scindhiya unity, prestige, honor and wealth!!

In the end of course the Macbeths will die a guilt ridden death or beg mercy from the rest of the Scindhiyas.

IA on Yash and Aarti. They're the heart and soul of this family, and I suspect this story will reinforce why. Honestly, I think the love and bond Yash already has with Gayatri will get even stronger.

On PV's MacBeths, exactly! I think in the long run, the battle/the rivalry/the revenge will either wear them out or their consciences will finally kick in. My guess is they'll find initial success and gratification in their attempts, but thing probably won't always go the way they want in the long run. Eventually, they may become more positive versions of themselves and we may see more honest-to-goodness romance when/if/after their current revenge and rivalry taper off. But, for now, it seems they will be the "darker" or "grayer" pairing united to foil Yash and Aarti.

On your last paragraph, what a wonderful irony that is! The Scindia son born from the other woman and his wife (a divorced woman who grew up an orphan) will very likely be the crucial ones to restore the family's stability and unity. It will be good way to play out the second theme of this arc -- individual character and integrity makes us great, not necessarily the circumstances of our conception or birth. I'm interested to see how it all plays out.

Today I did feel a bit irritated with Aarti .. I know she loves Yash a lot but sometimes I feel she gets too much involved in matters which r not so important that moment and forgets the bigger issue ... Jyoti, your reviews are always so fantastic and comprehensive. Great read! On the quoted paragraph, I hear you! Aarti's heart is in the right place, but she is quite impulsive. She works by her gut and instincts, and sometimes it can get the better of her. It's in times like these we see how Yash's calm and reason balances her so well.

How very exciting! 😃

I don't know if someone mentioned this already, but it was such a gratifying loop closure to see Yash call out to his Aartiji the moment he woke up. Last time he was unconscious near a dargah, he called out Arpita's name as soon as he came to.

I am very glad that SP is at fault here, and did in fact cheat on Gayatri. It opens up wonderful new avenues to bring back tracks that are yet to have closure, such as Paridhi's big uss raat secret, as well as the humbling of SP's ego and his apology to Aarti for having treated her the way he did when he was hiding a secret that was even more hurtful and dangerous than the one Aarti's was hiding. Aarti's lie/covering up the truth was wrong in and of itself being a lie, not because of what she was trying to cover up, that is, being a divorcee. SP's lie is, on the other hand, twofold, just like Paridhi's in that both the act of lying and the act that is being covered up are immensely hurtful.

There is also a very interesting potential parallel between Yash and Akash, both sons who are going to be severely disenchanted with the parents they held up as paragons of everything good and right with the world. Yash, who admired his father's commitment to his honour and integrity is going to realise just how low SP was willing to stoop to preserve that, even by immoral and irresponsible means. This process of disenchantment had begun for Yash when SP supported Prashant in the custody battle, but that sort of got brushed under the rug with SP helping search for Ansh and Yash's own guilt for suspecting him of the kidnapping. Because of this guilt, Yash is more weary of questioning SP and this revelation is going to come as a huge shock. And Akash? What can I say? His mother is his whole world and the one thing that has stopped him from turning completely cynical. Once he realises that her love for him has been nothing but a compromise, he is going to be completely lost... putty in Ishita's hands.

Hands down my favourite part of the episode was the Ishita-Bua confrontation! It was fascinating to see Bua confronted with a mirror of her own bitterness; someone who has been wronged by society and is taking it out on other, innocent people, simply for having what she does not. I can't tell you how exciting that scene was for all the promise it held; is it possible that we will see a "positive" Bua in this track, her being the only one in the family who doesn't fall for Ishita's sob story? I would absolutely love to see some intense mind games between these two but I would also like to see Bua realise that it is circumstances which shape the individual's behaviour, not their nature. Today she was saying Yash was so lucky not to have married Ishita, not realising that if he had, Ishita would have been an entirely different person. While the truth about Akash and Yash has the potential to break the Scindia family on the one hand, we can see with Bua suddenly calling it "mera ghar" and Yash becoming "mere Yash" that it also has the potential to bind them against a common enemy... if only they would see that potential. Something that can make Bua side with Aarti can't be all bad!

Ishita is fantastic entertainment value. Not only is she bitter and vengeful, she is also delusional! I thought it was so interesting that she said Akash had avenged her humiliation, though she well knew that he had gone to avenge Radha's. This shows that she is much more worried about the ends than the means, which makes her very dangerous and unstable. I shudder to think about her, paired with a post-revelation Akash but it is going to make for some very interesting story. It seems the Mittals are very well aware that the right way to spice up a story is to create some good antagonists. They were shaping Prashant for this slowly, through various motivations and provocations, but unfortunately they were forced to cut him short for other reasons. Now we can see their true genius at work because the way they are building these two characters up from normal, well-intentioned people to dangerous antagonists is simply fantastic!
