Yash is walking by the poolside, then suddenly he saw Aarti reflection in the pool, when he looks up, she isn't there. Yash began thinking why isn't it I am imagining her. Is she really here? No, even if she is hear I don't even want to see her. Yash said to himself as he goes over to his mom & tell her.

Ma! I am leaving.

Gayatri in return asked why? Stay a little while more.

No, I don't feel like staying. I am having a headache.

Fine, wait here. We will all leave.

Pratiek arrive & Gayatri told him you brother is leaving, go with him. He have an headache, so me will need a driver.

Pratiek left through the back to go get the car while head to the front.

While walking heading out, someone falls into him before he could have move her chin was in his shoulder, and red flowers petals start falling on them both. She was facing him, but he could have seen her face. Her body was paste to him, yet he couldn't see her face. Aarti heart immediately start racing as she was aware how close she was with this guy. Yash could have felt the rate of her heart beats.

Aarti didn't know how to move & felt as if she knowed this person, while Yash felt the same.

Yash phone began ringing & reach for the phone in his pocket to answer, Aarti took the opportunity & move without even looking at the guy face, and she lowered her head so he could see hers either.

But as she move she immediately stop & became shocked and turn as she heard Yash answer the phone Hello, she only heard his voice but she was confident it was him, however he backed her but she begin walking to him as he begin walking to go outside. She left restless as she knew that was him, A few girls then appear and tell Aarti, Neelam is calling her. Aarti is force to go with them.

On the road

As Pratiek drove down the road, lost in his own thoughts wondering how could he have not found Aarti, he looked everywhere in that house but couldn't found her. Or maybe she went out to get something so that is why I couldn't find her.

Pratiek, Yash shout.

Pratiek immediately got himself & snap out if his thought.

Are you okay? Yash asked, do you want me to drive?

No, I am fine. I was just thinking. I know you don't talk about her. Actually it has been a while since I heard she call her name but did you really think she was there.

"Stop the car", Yash shout on Pratiek, "Immediately".

Pratiek stop the car & Yash goes out angrily.

Pratiek knew he hit a soft spot in Yash's heart, but he had to know. For 4 years now, he have been trying to get Yash to talk about what happen in village to made him return to the city so different.

Pratiek wait for a while then step out the car and goes to Yash who standing and stand still beside him waiting / hoping he might speak.

Yash begins, 7 years ago. I left the village after making a promise I will only marry her, I will return for her. After I left, 3 years later I went back that village to fulfill my promise, but I couldn't instead I got betrayed. She had got married. That's it, do you want to know anything else.

Pratiek became shocked and said What, She had married.

Yeah, Pratiek she had gotten married. Yash replied.

Bhaiya, she loved you a lot, maybe she was forced, maybe she wasn't with it either, Pratiek told Yash.

Okay, as you said she probably was forced. And she loved me, her love was great.

Then why was it, when I return after 3 years, people told me she got married 3 years ago and now she has a 2 year old son.

What? Pratiek snaps.

Yeah Pratiek, said Yash; I saw photos to confirm everything because I wasn't ready to believe. I am left to wonder am I to be blame? I should have stayed back. Then maybe by now I would have everything we wanted together. But then I think back, she didn't even wait not even for a 1 year for me, she didn't even try to stall her marriage thinking I will be back. Even if she was married, she had always loved me, then why is it she got a baby.. 3 years, Pratiek. 3 years, I made my life at a stand still for 3 years for her, I worked day & night for 3 years, thinking one day I will return for her and she will be waiting on me. I worked for her. Today I am living in a house, that I built with everything she loved but yet no one know why I built that house. I insist on everyone to move there as I could live in that house alone.

But what did I get? Nothing, Betrayal.

I …I don't know what to say… Pratiek mumble.

No need to say anything, Yash told him. Everything happened the way it should have.

After finding out that I was devastated & I didn't want to ruin your Diwali also, so I didn't return for Diwali. I came back 4 days later & decide to change my life around, as I didn't want to think about the past. I became a work alcoholic & agree to marry Arpita, who never seem to understand anything

I have live 4 more years in addition with those 3 years, its 7 years without Aarti, I never thought that would happen, but it did & I succeed.

And you know, she is probably living with that guilt or maybe also thinking I betrayed her. Because I don't think she knew I had return. But right about now, I don't care cause she betrayed me.

Anyway Pratiek, let's go. My life story is one of the most boringness stories ever. It's full of nothing but pain. But for the last 4 years, you wanted to hear that & now I told you. Let's go.

Pratiek then hug Yash, and then they get into the car & drove away.
