Pratik enquires with the Inspector whether the police have managed to trace the place from where the kidnapper had called them. The Inspector tells Pratik that he would inform the family as soon as he learns about the place of confinement.

Yash is worried about Ansh's safety and tells Surajpratap that they must take some action as they cannot depend on the police. Yash tells Surajpratap that they should manage the money to pay the ransom. Surajpratap refuses and asks Yash to be calm.

Meanwhile, Aarti rushes downstairs and informs the family that the kidnapper had called her up. Surajpratap gets furious when Aarti insults him. She pleads to Surajpratap to search for Ansh as soon as possible. Surajpratap tells Aarti that he too was concerned about Ansh. He asks Aarti to trust him as he was trying his best to search for Ansh.

A concerned Yash decides to manage Rs 10 crore to pay the ransom. He apologizes to Surajpratap as he was not obeying Surajpratap's orders. Yash tells the family that before getting married to Aarti, he had promised to himself that he would take care of Ansh after their wedding. He adds that in order to save Ansh, he has no other option but to pay the ransom. Surajpratap feels insulted and leaves.

Shobha tries to pacify Aarti and gives hope that Yash would soon get Ansh freed.

Gayatri is angry at Aarti as she had insulted Surajpratap. Gayatri complaints to Yash's aunt about it. Shobha overhears their conversation and tries to defend Aarti. She states that Aarti had no intentions to insult Surajpratap. Shobha requests Gayatri to forgive Aarti.

Gayatri asserts that Ansh would never allow Aarti to get attached to the family members. Shobha feels insulted when Gayatri asserts that Ansh was not well-cultured and that he must be like his father.

Satyendra decides to seek Prashant's help to manage Rs 10 crore to get Ansh freed. Prashant gets shocked when Satyendra calls him up and informs him about Ansh's abduction. He requests Prashant to help him manage the money. Satyendra gets angry when Prashant refuses to help him and states that Yash was responsible for Ansh's safety.

After disconnecting the call, Satyendra lies to Shobha that Prashant had agreed to help them. Shobha realizes that Satyendra was lying to her. Shobha, however, is confident that Yash would soon locate Ansh.
