What a Great Idea Deeps!

I seem to have missed a lot this weekend!

LOVE Kratika in the yellow sari. I think she looks lovely in everything she's been wearing, but I prefer her in the simple saris. I also loved her with her churidar-kurta (is that correct?) looks. I guess we won't see that anymore now that she's married? Why is that not considered appropriate attire for married women?

Anyway, I wish they would tone down the heavy saris and jewelry and give us the those stunning simple looks...OR leave things as they are and just give us more night-time scenes in the bedroom! 😆

For Yash...I simply don't like tight clothes on anyone. So it's just a personal thing. I would love to see him in more professional looking clothes. I like his nighttime look better...SO more night-time scenes please!

I think what Pratik wears suits him, same goes for Panku.

@Deeps: I feel the exact same way about Kratika having the perfect figure to carry off saris! That's why I'm even more grateful that the costume designers of this show are giving her really nice outfits!
@Mira: I've wondered about the churidaar-kameez/churidaar-kurta/salwaar kameez to sari transition that is ubiquitous in Indian shows...Is it because young women simply look more mature wearing saris? I don't know if I even believe that myself...Depends on the woman and whether or not she can hold herself with enough poise. I bet there are shows where the woman does wear salwaar kameezes after marriage - I can think of two off the top of my head right now - but the general thought seems to be "sari + sindoor = married woman"
Oh, and I don't like tight clothes on people either! If that means more nighttime scenes, then I'm all for it, especially with Aarti's amazing track record with those saris!

Thanks Deeps for posting this. I just love the wardrobe given to every character in Punar Vivah. Befitting costumes! My favourite has to be the soft-coloured chifon saris that Aarti wears at night. She looks ethereal in those. Hope they continue with this. Kratika looks ravishing in every costume they make her wear, specially saris. Since Kratika has curves, the saris really complement her well.

Paridi and Aarti yesterday were given colour co-ordinated sarees ...Sky and Blue ... Are CVs keeping in mind the moods ,contrast and similarities between characters while deciding the saree colours ..or M I thinking too much 🤔😆😆
Yesterday Paridi was the boss at house by making sure she gets another round of brownie points from Sasuma 😛 and Aarti was the boss of Yash ,making sure he gets fine soon with her juice and tablet treatment 😛

Am not impressed with the gaudy parrot green saree of Aarthi today 😕
Paridhi looks pretty in navy blue saree. simple and classy 👍🏼 .

But I love the simple jewelry sets all the 3 ladies are wearing .

I don't know what it is about giving Vidhi and Aarti really odd color combinations for their daytime saris...They still manage to come off looking fine somehow in spite of the colors!
I'm anxiously awaiting the day Aarti gets to wear those Promo 3/4 saris...Which is going to take another 6 months, I bet!
