Its really nice to see so much of analysis out here. Its really lot of fun to be here and read all the posts . Its the first time I have been active or participative in any forum on IF.

About the actors I know many had their doubts abt the casting initially . i had always been a GC fan from his previous show but also always liked Kratika for her role in JKR she was outstanding in that a very strong role so had confidence that she will do a good job out here and had been actually defending her on many posts on FB wall who were apprehensive about her with GC that we should give here a fair chance and I think now my defence was well founded.
Now I think GC-KS are doing a great job and especially I have been liking Kratikas frankness in most things. At home because of her JKR role my MIL has been a big fan of her and we jokingly call her the Vidya Balan of the small screen among the family and friends knowing how much antipathy she faced when the show was announced.

@Maham: *shakes head slowly*
Your posts are DETRIMENTAL to my health, do you know that? I have SO much work to get done...I've been sitting here chatting for page after page and now that I've finally decided to seriously get back to work, you post another EPIC essay...
And now I don't want to get back to work! Why is life so cruel?
Briefly then...
"This relationship is moving in a much swifter and more beautiful pace than I had expected, and everyday, without fail the CVs have been surprising me with the subtle romance that has already started to blossom! It has been minutes since Aarti's misunderstandings of Yash's character has been cleared and she's already drowning in the beauty and distinctiveness of his character."
This just warms my heart so, so much! Just a few words from Yash, and that's all it takes for Aarti to realize that her mother had been right in her judgement of Yash all along! She isn't going to sit there like other Telly "heroines" and still nurture doubts despite having heard things straight from the horse's mouth - thank goodness Aarti isn't like the rest of the salwaar-clad heroines out there.
The Suitcase Scene: Aaah, you noticed the same things I did! All the little things I absolutely loved to pieces...The first thing out of her mouth after that silent exchange was that "Thank you" and I swear (Kratika-style) that I melted at the sound of her voice...The huskiness of Kratika's voice makes me think of velvet...And her way of softly saying those two little words gave Aarti's gratitude such a sweet, genuine feel, with a tinge of innocence thrown in.
"Also Borna my fellow Kratika lover, I have to tell you that I love the fact that you love Kratika just as much as I do. When I initially joined the forum, so many people had so much to say against her, but I have been in love with her, like you said from the launch party interviews, and I am so, so glad that everyone seems to be falling in love with her as she continues to impress her with her beauty and talent with every passing day!"
What can I say to this? *beams* I adoreee her. I've told you my story of how I got hooked to this show, right? It took 2 days for me to know for sure that I would be a Kratika fanatic for life, haha! But this is for another thread...I'm just incredibly happy that more people are giving her a chance or tolerating her...The woman can act, and it's her approach to acting that is so impressive in a TV actress from this industry. That's also a topic for another thread...See you there, hopefully.
About the precap: I watched this SO many times consecutively that I gave up keeping track of the number of times I went back to it! I still can't get over it. Of course G+K look amazingly attractive together, but seeing Kratika in that particular style (did you see those screencaps that Deeps posted a few pages back?) was a bit too much for me to handle, since I love her look in Promos 3 and 4 where she has the same hairstyle. And on top of that...the snippets of the scene! The *SMACK* of the door and Aarti rushing to Yash - all of that spontaneity of her caring nature like you said came rushing to the surface before she even realized it.
Love the way you put this: I love that she has found that comfort level within herself to start exhibiting traces of her true character so quickly.
Okay, maybe not-so-briefly...LOL, we're hopeless cases, my dear.
And on that note, I'm off to do my homework...Can't wait to read the dicussions when I have time later!

Every aspect seems well planned and well laid out...and the execution absolutely of the highest degree. Not only the broader parameters of the story but even the smallest little nuance has been addressed. I can give innumerable examples regarding this...Prashant was in such a rush to leave Aarti that he overlooked that he hadn't tied one of the shoe laces (that was my interpretation; could be different too) . Also they have stood firmly by the script so far...for instance, take GC; he came in with a huge fan following, yet his role till now had been of low key because the script demanded it to be so, and no compromises were made just to cash in on his popularity.

And I am saying all this as a general viewer who has no clue really about the background of the show. I switch on the TV at 10:30 pm and watch the show...period. Nothing else. Yet I could notice all these. I just keep my fingers crossed that they maintain this consistency till end.

Okay, I'm leaving soon, I promise!
Just HAD to respond to phal's comment, though! Here goes:
I want to watch JKR sooo badly...I'm going to try downloading as many of the later episodes as I can, but I'm not sure about the early episodes...are they on Youtube? I know ZeeTV has summary episodes but that's not going to help me much!
Kratika as the Vidya Balan of the small screen...OMG, can we call her this? I believe this is a fair assertion. I was just about to say that Kratika could seriously give any of the so-called "current top actresses" a run for their money, and she'd beat them by miles! Except for Vidya, that is. LOL!
@Maham: Hahaha, I love G+K! Maybe you're right about my memory capabilities there...I loved everything the Mittals said in the one interview I saw, but I just remembered being in awe the first time I heard them speaking before the show started...Some things stayed with me like the "their memories are their biggest obstacles/enemies" and something Shashi ji said about the natural tendency to compare a new spouse with the old one (referring to Yash, obviously - *weary siiigh*) and of course what they said about GC and KS, but especially KS because of Kratika's subsequent reaction...
Catch you all later, my fellow PVians!

@phal: I totally agree, this forum is totally one of a kind and I absolutely LOVE it here! I don't think I'll be wrong if I say that this is probably the only forum on the IF with such intelligent discussion after EVERY episode, and this is on a daily basis. I mean it's been 36 hours since Wednesday's episode and in that time we have covered 92 pages of the DC threads (57 from yesterday's and we're at 35 for today's), and I think that is nothing short of totally incredible! And I absolutely love how we have new members coming in everyday and starting to leave their own wonderful takes, seriously this place is addicting, once you get sucked into it, it's very difficult to just read and not leave your two cents on everything 😆

As for Kratika, I didn't know who she was before PV, but that's not surprising because I just got into Indian TV about 10 months ago after an almost 8 year hiatus, so I have been reeducating myself through a lot of this. But my cousins were huge fans of GHSP and they got me partially into it, so I knew and liked GC from there. However, from the very first time I saw these two together during the first promo shoot and then in the launch party interviews, I fell in love with them, I honestly think this was the fastest I had fallen for a couple, and that too from a show that hadn't even hit the screens yet, and after Promo #3 and 4 came out I was a lost cause, there was no turning back after that 😍
And it was same with Kratika, she is so full of life, energetic and beautiful that it is impossible to not fall in love with her. I have thoroughly enjoyed every single one of her off screen interview, the way she talks, and her laugh is absolutely radiant, it lights her whole face up and subconsciously puts a smile on my face as well! I remember all the bashing and negativity she faced when it was announced that she was going to be paired against GC, in fact an article came out that stated that she was getting hate and threatening letters from "fans" to quit the show *appalled*, but she handled all of that with so much grace and dignity, constantly reassuring us that she will not disappoint! And she's been one hundred percent true to her word, I mean look at all of us today, everyone hasn't only accepted her as Aarti but I have been seeing a lot of love for her spreading around here and even of FB and she deserves all of it!

She and GC compliment each other really, really beautifully and I find myself falling for them more and more everyday, and trust me I didn't think it was possible! And it's just going to keep getting better and better from here onwards! There was a reason why we were all so desperate for them to get married, because the real story starts now, and this journey is going to be something incredible!

@Deeps: Thank you so, so, so, sooo much for these beautiful caps! I LOVED this shot in the episode, and man it looks even more stunning like this if that was possible. Such a clear representation of both their hands, his on top of hers, understanding her, helping her, so freaking perfect! Also, this is even more significant because in a sense this is their first REAL touch, one where there are no misunderstanding clouding Aarti's judgement or where there really isn't a situation that FORCES them to physically interact. Yash could have verbally told her that he wanted the keys and stopped her, but since he is a man of action rather than words, he used his one hand gesture to explain what his words probably would have never accomplished. And this time around there was no anger or disgust in Aarti's stare, no misconceptions stood in the way here and for the first time she didn't struggle to get out of his hold. In a way she was really experiencing Yash's touch for the first time, because every other time she had been too busy questioning and doubting his intentions to pay attention to anything else. The way she immediately stopped moving against his hand and the look she had on her face when he gently extracted the keys from her hands was so beautifully done. From confusion to intrigue to plain gratitude, her eyes spoke volumes about how everything had changed for her now.

Finally long waited episode for me i.e., AarYa started to talk without any MU

Let me start my analysis with AarYa's past which took place at the same time hearing the wind-chimes... For Yash, his past is filled with happiness while for Aarti it is filled with bitterness... Both are not willing to accept the fact that it is past & will never come back and are drowning in pain day-by-day instead of coming out of it...

Don't know when they are going to find the peace and happiness in
present & future.😕😕
😕
(We get to see new scenes of Yash & Arpita for his each past but for Aarti only it is shown either the confession scene or scene where Prashant leaves her!!! Isn't she happy with Prashant before he could betray her? May be i think the pain is more than the sweet memories of her past😭😭😭)

Next i would like to share the cute scene of Pratik & Pari...

Especially the part where Pari is trying hard to blush is adorable😆😆😆

Back to Aarya scene, I liked the expression of Aarti when Yash walks towards her... Before she used to get scare & uncomfortable. I am glad that now she has taken away such kind of insecurities towards Yash... Its good that she mentioned Maansi had brain-washed her, bcos i was waiting for tis to come out from Aarti's mouth and also the part of flash-backs which now she understood, that was all accidents and not his intentions
and self-thought that he is indeed a nice human-being...... Its nice that they showed such scenes again which made her realize more about Yash..

The highlight of the episode is where Yash can clearly understand her state of mind through her expressions (i think by now he is used to it 😆 😆 😆) and help her even before she could ask him.. That was really fantastic...

Though they hardly know each other better, Yash doesn't take much time to understand her where as Aarti takes much time to understand him, for eg: like when he is asking for key to open up the suitcase, she thought that he is asking for Arpita's bangles..
Well, to be honest i too thought the same 😆 . Is there anyone who felt same as mine in above analysis??

@Borna: Don't leaveee! This is truly the worst time to be on the forum because everything is so soona soona! This whole time zone difference is such a nuisance, because while everyone is awake and this place is bustling with energy, I have back to back classes, and when I finally get time to be here, almost everyone is usually sleeping, and it's no fun just talking to myself. At least Indu is here, but she has disappeared somewhere today as well! 😔

Hopefully Jyo and Samana come online soon!

I loved the episode and loved reading everyone's thoughts even more.

I have to say that KS look absolutely stunning. And in the pre-cap she is just beyond stunning.

@Golda, Borna, Indu and everyone else, I may have to challenge you all on being the biggest KS fan out here. I remember a while ago we had this convo about how Arpita had a kind of very feminine beauty and Aarti had a kind of very earthy beauty. Yesterday, in the pink Sari- she oozed feminine beauty. Before Yash looked angry, I thought he looked surprised. Surprised at how spontaneously she exudes compassion when just seconds before she thought of him as a pervert. Aarti is such a nurturer. And I think he is already in deep trouble. He knows instinctively when she is upset or when she needs something. If he does seem angry in the pre-cap it is probably at himself than at her.

I also loved how Aarti admonishes herself about the whole MU fiasco. I love that the Mittals give so much importance to such details. When you show a character feeling remorseful, as viewers we can't help but forgive her. 😃

I am so so glad that there are others who feel like I do about Arpita-Yash scenes. They just don't speak to me like the way Aarti-Yash do. When Yash thinks about Arpita, he is as dead as her in one sense. It is like he is just going through the motions of life. Arpita makes him want the time to stand still. On the hand Aarti makes him so alive, he is so alive! He goes through the whole gamut of emotions given to us humans from exasperation and sometimes anger, to admiration, to respect, to intrigue to physical attraction and so much more when he is with Arti.

I may be in the minority here but I also like the Scindia conversation that is until Papa Scindia started harping about Yash's 'needs'. I felt they genuinely love and have concerns for their sons. But they way they express their love- has to be one of the most twisted ways I have ever seen. I think the Mittals are setting the stage for the next track here. It is probably going to be about how the Scindia's are going to test Aarti if she can be an impartial mother to all kids while being the prefect wife taking care of their sons needs. 😡 What an irony! They don't want her taking care of her sons needs so much as they want her taking care of their son's 'needs'. 🤢

But goodness am I looking forward to all the ArYa moments. It is like their reactions to each other come from their souls. 😳
