I completely agree that Sarita's sticking to this marriage is more a result of social conditioning than lack of support or money. But it's still not the right thing to do. I sympathize with her completely but do wish she was stronger and more courageous.

I don't think Divya can walk out of a relationship anytime just because she 's financially independent. Walking out of a relationship is never easy for anyone. And society is not forgiving either just because one is a career woman. A close friend of mine - a brilliant researcher, financially and socially secure - went through a divorce and she literally hid herself in her hometown (not working nor socializing) to deal with emotional trauma and social stigma.

Coming to fans of Rubina, I understand their viewpoint. They were lured to this show on the promise that it was Divya and Raj's story. But in the show, not only Srishty shared equal screen time, her chcracter's suffering was also more obvious creating a lot of sympathy for Sarita and support for Raj-Sarita. Actually PH promoted the show using more popular and saleable faces and slowly added Srishty to promos after she gained some acceptance from the viewers. So initial promos were misleading and for fans waiting impatiently for Rubina's next show, the actual polt was actually a shock.

Last, let's please not judge the forum members if they call Sarita or Divya stupid - these are fictional characters and all of us are far more judgemental with them than we would be with anyone in real life.

Now yes I am one of those who is a great fan of Rubina --but how can any one be against Divya ---she broke up with raj to care for her young family --yes she should have told Raj why she was leaving --and being a young naive girl assumed Raj will wait for her ---at least she tried to bring Sarita and Raj togather as she believes in the marriage institute

And the main reason lot of Divya Raj likers wanting raj and Divya to gather is because before the show started it was promoted as Divya and Rajs love story ---but from day one it has been just Saritas story
