Invasion Of Ghurs-1192 A.D.

1031 A.D.- KANYAKUBJ/KANNAUJ,the capital of Harshwardhana,was ransacked by Mohammad Ghazni.

1173 A.D.- Muhammad Bin Sam or Muhammad of Ghur ascends the thrown.

1179 A.D.- Prithviraj Chauhan ascends the thrown.

1186 A.D.- Muhammad Ghuri occupies Punjab and Sindh.

1191 A.D.- Prithviraj Chauhan defeats Muhammad Ghuri.

1192 A.D.- Muhammad Ghuri defeats Prithviraj Chauhan and captures Ajmer and Delhi.

1194 A.D.- Muhammad Ghuri captures Kannauj in the battle of Chandawar by defeating Jaichand.

1194 A.D.- Banaras ransacked and Temples ravaged by Muhammad Ghuri.

1206 A.D.- Muhammad Ghuri dies.

How come there is a difference of 14 years after the defeat of PRC?? Something is not right here?? 😕 😕

actually prithvi did not kill ghori immediately after the war... Prithvi was taken as prisonner to gazni n he was regulary humiliated there.. ghori burned his eyes too... Finally chand came to ghori's court.. n won his trust.. then chand was able to meet prithvi secretly n made the plan . With this plan prithvi killed ghori(using shabdabedi ban vidya.)
