i wanted to make this as a discussion topic in PRC CC..but seeing the response of last DOTW 😔..i think i better put it there😆

Who do u think is a better King??

Prithviraj chauhan or Someshwar

Oh dear that's a difficult choice to make coz we haven't seen much abt Somi naa. The serial is completely based on PRC but if u ask my opinion than PRC was a better king than his dad. Maybe he learned most of the things from his dad but still he was better at thinking work coz wen BD was planning to kill somi then PRC was skeptical abt going to that place where Somi sends him b4 his death as PRC thought that it might be a trap but Somi didn't listened to him. So Somi gets 1 point less than PRC here 😉

I think that someshwar was a better king than prithvi, prithvi was a good warrior but when it came to administration and running of his kingdom he was not all that good, infact in history it clearly states that most of the admin work of Ajmer was looked after by his mother. Maybe because he became king at a very young age and had all the responsibilites handed over to him.

Well Kiran i dont know abt this thing that his mother looked after Ajmer but if she did then wats the big deal in that. PRC had to look after Delhi too. N u need ur close ppl to help u whom u can trust na😉

N according to history, PRC overpowered almost whole of North India before his death. If he might have lived a bit longer, then who knows may be he had got the control of whole country.So u cant say that he was not good at running his kingdom😛

Yup I did say he was a good warrior, so was able to conquer all the different kingdoms, but he lacked admin and pr capabilities, his this conquering of other states is what made the neighboring kingdoms fear him and hence did not help him in his wars against ghori.

PRC didn't lost coz others didn't help him. He had a big army of his own n he had defeated Ghauri 16 times before n forgave him too😉

The only reason for his defeat were some insiders who can do anything for money n coz Ghauri attacked them at night wen they were sleeping. N according to indian rules of wars they never attack after sunset. Thats why😆

Actually,It was Prithvi's bad fate that Ghori(rather foreign invasion)started during his phase.Rajput's started disintegrating during his period.Moreover muslims were very ghasty invaders with no rules or regulations.They even used so many new techniques where we lacked behind.U know what?Babar was the first invader in the world to have used gunpowder in the Battle of Panipat.Maharana Pratap was totally unprepared for this.The whole point is Someshwar never faced anybody like Ghori so I don't know How to compare Prithvi with Someshwar?😊😊
