First open the video, u like to download. den at the bottom click on the " Click here to download this media" den on the next page u wil get the same page as "Next Page" one. don't click on dat. instead on the address bar jst write "/1" after wateva its written there. dat will bring u to da downloading page. n den u can download it in .flv format.

dis is all i found as yet...

I also don't noe how to convert them either.. but why dont u download prc videos frm india-forums. it has da proper format that windows movie maker supports.
