Aryan, the prince, being anxious to find out his beloved sister, eagerly followed Amrita.She took him through the broader paths of the palace and down the winding stairs of the palace,then they crosses the majestic and magnificent orchard of the palace,beside which was situated the royal stable .When they reached nearer to the stable ground,the girl comes to an abrupt hault and the prince almost tumbled over her.being irriated by this Aryan was about to speak when a gesture made by Amrita silenced him.Now the prince looked at the direction pointed out by the girl and remained staring open-mouthed.At a little distance in the stable field,another girl becomes visible with very beautiful long hair and milk-white complexion,dressed in black like a man.She was struggling to win over and ride an apparently very stubborn and rude and aggressive horse.However the girl was appearing to be much more arrogant and obstinate than the mute creature.She wa trying very hard to ride the horse but the horse was also not to be defeated so easily.The horse was trying to get away from the girl and whenever she was trying to even go near it the creature was jumping at his two back foots and was trying to throw a kick to the girl but she too was apparently an expert in the field and was avoiding the horse's kick by moving from one side to another.Suddenly an idea strucks to her mind and acting accordingly she at first let the horse to attack her and then when the horse finally had put its all the four legs down to the earth in order to charge with double force,the girl who was waiting for the chance seized it at the first instance and finally rode over it.Now it was much easier for an expert horse rider like her to have a grip over the stubborn horse.Sitting erect over the horse and while maintaining her position,she did not lose for a moment her firm grip over the horse.Ultimately struggling for sometime the horse gradually cooled down and as the rider affectionately patted it, it began to graze over the ground in a much obedient manner.Finally the rider after achieving success in her task got down the horse.Now she turned towards Aryan and Amrita though she did not notice them. She shook her long hair out of her face and now her face was fully visible.Though covered with sweat due to the long drawn struggle it was the probably the most beautiful face ever seen or imagined.In the manner of a valiant warrior coming from a battlefield after winning a battle,the girl was walking towards the gate of the stable ground.Suddenly she comes to an abrupt halt as a voice called her: "Ananya!"

The most beautiful as well as valiant princess turned around to see that one of her friends was running towards her.She waited for her and when the other girl caught up with her,they began to walk together. Now the other girl asked : " Ananya tum bhi na,tumko dar nahin lagta yeh sab karte hue?Mujhe toh dekh kar hi bahut dar lag raha tha."

The sweet princess gave a sweet smile and replied: "Humko dar se dar lagta hain.Waise bhi humhe jitney ki aadat hain,harna humari fidrat mein hi nehin."

Both of them started to laugh and at last the mate of Ananya replied: "Tum kabhin nehin badlogi." And again they started to laugh.

The princess suddenly broke off and the other girl in an attempt to enquire the reason of her sudden silence following her gaze looked at the direction in which she was staring and found out what she had seen .It is now that the princess had seen her brother prince Aryan and was wondering what was going to happen next and whether his brother would scold her for disappearing without information from the palace''''

Ananya glanced at her brother's face trying to discern his mood right at the time but in vain bcoz at the moment nothing could b discerned from the straight face that Aryan kept.

Ananya again resume her chain of thought " Shayad bhaiya bahut gusse mein hain, isiliye itna chup khare hain" she swallowed " ab kya karoon…… bhaiya se kaun sa bahana banaooo……"

Ananya's mate Nilima, who was no less tensed than the princess herself, perhaps even more, spoke first " Tum toh gayi kaam se aur saath mein main bhi, rajkumar humein nehin chorenge.Unse acchi khasi daat paregi ab hum dono ko hi.Maine kaha tha na,dekha,tum toh doobi hi saath mein mujhko bhi le doobi.Ab hum kya kare…..???"

Ananya, in a half irritated and half ashamed mood, replied "Pata nehin,aur tum toh aise kahe rahi ho jaise ki humko sapna aaya the ki bhaiya yahan aane wale hain.Are humein kya pata tha ki woh humein dhundte hue yahan aa jayenge.Balki humein toh laga tha ki bhaiya ke rajdarbar se lautne se pehle hi hum mahal mein laut jayenge aur unhe kuch pata bhi nehin chalega.Par yahan toh sab kuch garbar ho gaya.(Much to herself)pata nehin bhaiya hum se naraz hain ya nehin, kuch samajh bhi nehin pa rahein hain,waise pehle kabhi humare hazaar shararton ke bawajud woh humse kabhi naraz hue nehin.(Now much confidently as was her nature) koi baat nehin, agar bhaiya naraz hain bhi toh hum unhe mana hi lenge, aakhir kitne der tak naraz rahenge woh aapne eklauti aur laadli bahen se."

This gave her much strength and now she again resumed her walk more confidently, beckoning her mate to follow her, who much reluctantly did so. The sole difference is that instead of castle she headed towards the direction in which her brother was standing. She stopped right in front of her brother with a determined mind coz she had been always taught from her early childhood to face reality and danger alike without hesitating, knowing very well that one could not avoid reality or danger by turning one's back to it and also she hated any sign of cowardice, boldness being one of the essential feature of her character.

Ananya was now standing in front of her brother and looking directly into his eyes she said " Bhaiya, hum jante hain ki shayad humare bina bataye mahal se chale aane ki wajah se aap humse naraz hain.Lekin bhaiya aap humari poori baat sunne ke baad hi koi faisla lijiyega ki humne kuch galat kiya ya nehin.(she began narrating the incident which led her to come to the stable ground all of a sudden and she hadn't got the time to inform any1 of her whereabouts) Bhaiya jab dasi dudh lene kke liye gayi toh hum aapne kamre mein palank par baithe hue the. Bahut acchi hawa aa rahi thi toh hum khirki ke paas jake khare ho gaye.Achanak humari najar is astabal par para,aap toh jaante hi hain ke humare kamre se yeh astabal saaf saaf nazar aata hain, aur humne dekha ki yeh ghora jo aap dekh rahein hain ,jo abhi itne shant khara hain,wo pagalon ki tarah uchal kud macha raha tha aur humare astabal ke dekh rekh karne wala Bhairon singh usko bilkul bhi samhal nehin pa raha tha.Usi waqt humein achanak kisi bacche ki rone ki aawaz aayi aur humne chauk ke dekha ki ek baccha kheltekhelte aapne maa se dur chala gaya aur ekdum iss jiddi ghore ke nishane pe aa gaya,Uski maa pagalon ki tarah chillah rahi thi aur ro rahi thi.Dur se aate us ghora ko dekh kar wo baccha bhi dar gaya aur rone bhi laga.Uswaqt humare dimag mein us bacche ko bachane ke alawa aur koi chinta nehin thi aur isiliye hum khirki se hote hue niche utar gaye ,isliye mahal mein kisine bhi humein bahar jaate hue nehin dekha,aur phir hum………"

She was interrupted by Bhairon singh who said " Aur phir hawa se bhi tej bhagte hue rajkumariji yahan sahi waqt pe aa pahuchi aur isse pehle ki wo jiddi ghora us bacche ko kuchal dalta inhone uski lagam pakar liya aur us bacche ki taraf barne se ushe rok liya.Phir kya hua yeh toh aapne dekha hi hain rajkumar.Sach mein humein bahut hi garv hain humari rajkumari par,aaj agar wo nehin hoti toh pata nehin kya ho jata.Jis ghore ko main itne waqt ke koshison ke bawajud kaboo nehin kar paya,inhone ek hi din mein,balki kuch hi palon mein us namumkin kaam ko mumkin kar dikhaya.Rajkumari ne is baat ko sabit kar diya ki unke liye namumkin kuch bhi nehin."

All of a sudden a woman came running by and falling over Ananya's feet began to cry, her son, the same child whom Ananya had saved, was standing by her side. Startled by the sudden incident, Ananya caught hold of the woman by her arms and raised her again to her feet. The woman was crying as before when she had first seen her only this time these were the tears of happiness and gratitude.

In a faltering manner she began to speak " Rajkumariji……aap….aap sach mein…….sach mein ek masiha banke aayi hain meri jindagi mein.Aaj agar aap nehin hoti toh pata nehin kya hota mere bacche ka.Aapne usko ek naya jivan diya hain, aap……" Unable to say anymore the grateful mother again began to cry holding the hands of the princess strongly in her own hands.

Anaya replied in a much calm voice " Aap bilkul pareshan na ho.humare rehte humari rajya aur humari praja ko kuch nehin hoga,hum kuch hone nehin denge. Humne sirf aapna farz nivaya, ek rajkumari ka bhi aur insaniyat ka bhi.Ab aap apne bacche ko lekar ghar jaiye,bechara iss hadse se bahut dara hua hain,jaiye." The woman then, once again thanking the sweet princess,went away.

Now Ananya wondering what her brother would say after all these turned to her brother but was extremely amazed to see tears in her brother's eyes.
