when has our CVs so thoughtful about logic in MKAP ...they twist the track, character n situation to suit whatever they want to show ...they needed a gripping diraama to get back their lost TRPs n they made a hasty case ...
but here i don't think the CVs committed any blunder ...if they can give us a gripping court diraama in case of adarsh-tanmay-K , i think they can here too... i think we will not see P claiming that she saw what happened with her own eyes ...i don't think our CVs r that much foolish ... she will only testify what happened ...n if everyone will remember , the goon's chamcha told the police that P was unconscious n arushi hit the man...i think P will only say what exactly happened n how arushi did it as self defense ...n guruma's name will be brought in between , that's sure ...the man sarju did say to P that they r going to rape her as a revenge for what she did to guruma ...that's what the gawahi part meant...only P can say that , bec their target was P ...n that's the problem of SS ... n thus P n arushi can prove that there was an attack on P's honor n when P was unconscious arushi tried to help her ...the goon friends of sarju will also have a say in the court n i think he already told the police what happened n so will be forced to do so in the court too ...like what happened in the case of tanmay ... K wasn't proven innocent until tanmay admitted it ...so here also there r chances for that ...

The very basis of P's argument with SS is that she HAS to give gawahi and save Arushi... but she is not even an eye-witness... never saw what exactly happened with her own eyes...is she going to quote Args statement and confirm it is true ???CVs ...🤪
Good post Dhakarn...Technically, it will be P's word against the goons' word... the man who actually threatened P is dead... and the other two may just deny everything... and P did not personally see the goons molesting her with her own eyes...Agree that its interesting... lets see how the CVs develop this...
In the struggle with guruma's goons... P fell down and was unconscious...Args killed that man and dragged P to the hospital.. P was groggy till she got treatment from the Doc..so.. what gawahi is she talking about... technically she is not an eye-witness at all.. 😕
