Mission 'samar' in doldrums: A PBJ letdown

Hi frndz,

Cursed be the day when I admired the unrealistic but apparently mahan pledge of P & went overboard even to write a thread on the subject. I was moved by her concern for the little kid's future. I heard her saying that she wanted to raise samar as a person one could feel proud of. Prima facie it appeared to be a tall order that required an equally extraordinary sacrifice & dedication by some motherly angel. In the wake of 'mission samar' it was comprehensible why the 'perfect lady' did not think twice or even bothered to discuss the matter with krishna. Although most of us still questioned & debated her decision but there was a strong rationale to defend what she had done. Given the cynicism of thakurs for Pratz, it seemed that she decided to go to extremes only because she ran out of options. Since samar's future was at stake, her PBJ appeared quite convincing & even exemplary. Needless to say we all felt bad for krishna who was made to suffer & sacrifice his dreams too so as to make her better half feel proud. It was a shocker from P to hv neglected the physical aspirations of a committed mate so ruthlessly.

But today she seems to have lost that rationale. The proceedings in today's episode took me by surprise. Pratz now plans to give samar in the custody of Menka. If so, what will happen to samar's education? How far has she achieved the goal of educating samar? Clearly, her mission is not even half done. If she lets samar go off her hands now, we hv every reason to accuse the not-so-mahan P of cheating poor Krishna & using him to achieve some foolish goals. If the aim of P was simply to provide a temporary guardianship to samar, there was absolutely no need to take such an unrealistic oath.

I'm just angry at her decision. I don't intend to offend anybody. Pratigya needs explain that she is not into the habit of taking impulsive & unrealistic decisions & that she means it when she takes a pledge.

I didn't understand ur post completly n cleary , but i wanna share my view wat am seeing in pratz... IMO, i can see the responsibility in Pratz more than love n attachment 4 samar... Coz she is worrying abt his future frm the day KN mrg talks are in air, i didn't see any fear r insecurity of loosing a son... I don't like it personally... Ofcourse she is not real mother, but she brought up him n only 4 him she took tat decision of not to bcoming mother know... Then some pocessiveness n insecurity should be there know... I didn't find it... Y she alwayz talking abt Menaka whether she is perfect Mom for samar r not n his future... So, if Menaka is perfect, then pratz is ready to let go samar to M's custody happily...? i didn't find much attachment... Is tat simple n easy 4 a woman who sacrificed her motherhood... Wats the meaning in tis... Krish saying her oneday it has to happend, get ready etc... Itz really confusing, atleast if itz Kesar n kriya ready to let go of samar, then it would be some meaningful... Even tat should also painful for pratz... Am not getting anything wat CVs trying 2 show... Pratz as just a guardian r mother...? JUST MY POV...:)

Hi dear ramlaluckk,
Let me tell u that i detest the use of slang addresses like dude etc specially in forums etc unless u make it an issue.
So my dear king of dudes, if u think that u hv pressed the like button against ur wish, then plz do me a favour and press unlike (u can do so by pressing the same like button one more time).
And be pretty clear that i m not making any fuss here. I m finding p's behaviour a bit irrational.
I'm afraid it's not ur way of barging into the confines of not so well guarded IF threads so as to disrupt peace of the forum culminating in premature closure of this thread.

Hi veena, i wanted to say that when pratz has already made such a drastic decision of not conceiving for samar's sake then she should not leave this task midway. She should fight a legal battle for the custody of samar b'coz she has made a big sacrifice. There would be no point of it if she leaves samar to be spoilt n ill-treated by new mom. And she should return samar to kesar only. That's why a formal adoption of samar by kriya could hv made better sense.

Nice post Mr Baqri i m very confused what cvs are trying to show pratz has sacrificed her motherhood for Samar and now she is ready to handover Samar to menaka.I personally feel Samar is Kriya's responsibility now and if someone deserve Samar custody its kesar not menaka bcoz she is his real mother.

agree with u...if prats is ready to give samar back then wat was the need of that pledge...in the last episode b4 the leap prats dialogue was that samar is our child and ss also told that samar parents r kriya...now everyone has changed...takurs was not ready to handover samar to prats bcoz they said if they hav their own kids they will neglect samar...now they r ready to handover samar to new lady whom they dont know...y now shame couple wont hav kids????now this lady will take care of samar even if she has their own kids????wat is the logic????
